Short walk to Surf Club, park, bowling alley, shops or visit the CBD, Big Top Shopping Centre or the Plaza - with over 200 specialty shops, cinemas and restaurants.

There's plenty to see and do!! Take a day trip to Fraser Island or visit some of our local attractions such as Australia Zoo, Underwater World, Aussie World, Ginger Factory, Maleny Bird Sanctuary, Bellingham Maze and the Maroochydore Botanical Gardens. Local markets are held every Sunday at Fisherman’s Road and Cotton Tree and the famous Eumundi markets on Saturdays and Wednesdays. Sunshine Coast airport is about a 15 minute drive and Brisbane airport approximately an hour away. There are regular bus services to both airports.

Hire a tinny or a BBQ pontoon from Swan Boat Hire and spend the day on the river. Maroochy River Cruise boat offers daily lunch and scenic cruises.

- As our apartments are not serviced we recommend you bring some essentials including: toilet paper, soap, washing powder, salt/pepper, tea and coffee.

A Relaxing holiday

The apartment was in a nice relaxing area with a very short walk to the Surf Life Saving Club. The only issue we had was that we where not informed until we arrived that it was a 9am check out and the apartment had no air con, only fans which did not cool us down enough. The apartment had everything else that we needed, overall a nice relaxing holiday :)

Thank you for your feedback we really appreciate it when people take the time to review their stay. Unfortunately on the platform it only allows for1 time to be advertised and that is why we advise guests when they check in but we will see how we can change it. In regard to the air-conditioning, we advise in our advert if the property is air-conditioned. Maybe we can make a suggestion to the owner to install air-conditioning.

Enjoyed staying at 'On the Beach', but my husband's health cut our stay short. We hope to return.

The property was great, all it needed was some TLC to make it excellent for us, but great location. Property Manager was advised of our suggestions regarding cleaning. Windows were so dirty they let the property down.
