5 Solina Close - 3 Bedroom House by the Beach

A two minute walk from Four Mile Beach (about 150 metres), 5 Solina Close has an enviable position at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac.

The house stretches over two levels. Climb the stairs and you will first encounter the wide veranda across the front of the house which catches the warm ocean breezes. Stepping inside, the spacious living area has polished timber floors and a light, airy atmosphere.

The stylish fitted kitchen is equipped with modern appliances and cupboards filled with all the crockery, cutlery, glasses and cookware you may need during your stay.

The living area is fully air conditioned and has a comfortable lounge suite with TV and wireless internet connection.

There is no shortage of space with a second smaller veranda overlooking the grassy back garden and on to a freshwater creek lined with melaleuca trees. Enjoy your morning coffee on the veranda, listening to the tropical bird-life without leaving the house.

A third veranda overlooks the family sized swimming pool below, which is heated during the winter months

There are two bedrooms on this upper level, one with Queen bed and the other with 2 Single beds. Additionally there is a bathroom with shower, vanity and toilet.

External stairs lead to the ground floor bedroom. This room has three single beds, two of which can convert to a king bed as required. There is a TV, a walk-in wardrobe (large enough to fit an optional cot) and an en-suite with shower and toilet.

Finally, to complete the package, the laundry room on the ground level includes a washing machine and clothes dryer plus ironing facilities.

Absolutely terrific

This was a wonderful property. The house and gardens were beautifully presented. The pool was amazing - we spent most of our time there!! The kitchen had everything we needed, and the property managers were very generous in providing supplies (tp, tissues etc). We enjoyed time on the front and back decks, which were lovely and cool. There were air conditioners in every room too! Loved our stay, we will definitely come back.
