Beautiful 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom home is situated in an elevated northerly position amongst natural bush with an abundance of large trees and shrubs and a large area for kids to play. The Cottage features beautiful timber lined cathedral ceiling, timber floors and an abundance of pine to create rustic charm and romance. A wood fire will ensure your winters are warm and cosy, and air conditioning will ensure a nice cool summer break. A short stroll down the drive to Goanna Gallery, cafe and Happs Winery only minutes away. This is your perfect holiday break. Please supervise children as natural creek and small dam on the property.

We had a lovely weekend break in Yallingup. The property was lovely, easy to find, clean & had all the basics we needed. We loved having the fireplace too. Would highly recommend it for a get-away close to Perth.

We loved our stay. I travelled with my two teenage sons and our small companion dog, and it was perfect for us. My eldest has high-care special needs and was completely relaxed sitting on the deck, watching the birds and the trees swaying in the breeze. My younger son enjoyed the bushwalk and exploring the little stream nearby. The cottage was cosy, welcoming, and beautifully pet-friendly. We all left feeling calm and refreshed — and seeing dolphins and whales at Yallingup made it even more special.

The property was located right across from goanna cafe which is an absolute must! Only a ten minute drive to Dunsborough and fifteen minutes to Busselton. It is quiet and peaceful and you’re allowed your fur baby which was an absolute bonus!! Only 4 star for cleanliness as the rug had a lot of fur on it, however a vacuum is provided if you have allergies :)We would absolutely return, just bring you’re own TP as there was a very limited supply.

The cottage was just perfect so cosy and comfortable had everything we needed and love the wood fire.Even better been able to take our fur baby with us he had a great time also.Definitely will return :)

Lovely neat clean cottage, in the forrest. Easy access to a local Cafe. Very pet friendly. Host responded quickly to the broken toaster. It would be useful if the firewood was in a dry location. We bought our own. The steps down to the front door were a little difficult to manage with luggage

Affordable Tranquillity

Fantastic cabin in the forest. Enjoyed a morning coffee on the veranda listening to bird song in the bush. Close to local cafe, wineries and breweries. Jeanette was a pleasure to communicate with. Best of all it didn't break the bank!!
