Great property in excellent location. Peaceful and very close to heart of Busselton. We had a lovely peaceful stay and enjoyed exploring all that Busselton has to offer.
House was very spacious with lovely generous size bedrooms. Loved the large bi-fold doors allowing a full wall of open area to the backyard. Situated in a quiet suburban area only and a short walk to the beach. Secure and spacious back yard for the fur-legged companion.
We had an interesting and enjoyable short break. The house environment was relaxing and comfortable. It was clean especially the indoor part of the house.

Thank you for the lovely feedback Jane! We're so glad you enjoyed the peaceful surroundings and those beautiful beach walks with your dogs. It sounds like you made the most of your stay. We’d love to welcome you back anytime!
Good sized bedrooms, spacious kitchen, well kept yard with full ducted reverse cyc a/con, during height of winter was nice and warm. Only real negative was no bbq that we could find.
Properly was clean. Nice location. Beaches easy to access even though they had some of the access blocked as a lot of work was being done not that you knew about it when on beach. Lovely long walks along beach which our dogs loved. Really nice beaches. Small bush walk at top of street if you needed your legs stretched as well as your dogs. You can also find small parks around the area without taking car out. Really enjoyed our stay. Jane
This house has plenty of space for a family of four + a dog. It's clean and close to the beach, but it lacks the "home away from home" feel and feels sterile. Some artwork on the walls would make a difference to the appearance of the property, as would replacing the daggy and ill-fitting window dressings. The house would also benefit from having a dog flap.
The curtains were hanging down off their clips and the wife had to get on achair and reattatch them because of the person she is lol

Liked: Cleanliness, location, listing accuracy
Disliked: Check-in, communication
Check in was not smooth as we were given wrong code for lock box and it was difficult to get assistance by message or over phone. My husband had to drive to the office to get assistance. The internet stopped working after one day. There were not pots big enough to cook pasta for family meal (we have now donated one that we bought). Location was great and house was clean but the small inconveniences dampened the experience.

Thank you for your honest feedback. We’ll certainly be reviewing our communication and check-in processes to ensure a smoother experience for future guests. We had recently change the lock box code for security and the new number was not forwarded onto you for some reason which again we are looking into.
Regarding the internet, did you message us about it not working. As this property is on a pay-as-you-go plan, had we known the data had run out we would have been more than happy to top it up immediately. We’re sorry for any inconvenience this caused during your stay.
We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience, and we hope we’ll have the opportunity to provide you with a much smoother visit next time.
