Sheerwater is a one bedroom apartment. It is the ground floor of an existing residence but it is very private and quiet. You will not be disturbed as you have your own entrance and private verandah. Sheerwater is designed for couples (no children) to enjoy this wonderful area. It is situated high on Bannister Head with extensive ocean views taking in Mollymook Beach and Ulladulla Light House. It is in a quiet, peaceful setting where guests can enjoy the litteral rainforest of the headland. Walk along a short track to a seat on the edge of the headland to whale watch or just while away the time or just sit on your private verandah and watch the ocean and birdlife. At night enjoy the lights of Mollymook and Ulladulla.

Sheerwater is just a three minute walk to Rick Steins award winning Bannisters Restaurant. You can experience fine dining or just pop around there for a drink before dinner at the trendy Pool Bar . It is also an easy walk to the fabulous Gwylo restaurant and Bannisters Pavillion rooftop restaurant and bar also on Tallwood Ave. So you can enjoy the night out and leave the car at home.

Sheerwater is just a short drive from the coffee and shopping in wonderful Milton.

Importantly it is a 7 minute walk (1 minute drive) to gorgeous north Mollymook beach or , if you are fit, a 3 minute descent to the water on the bush track opposite Sheerwater.

The apartment light with local art work and floating bamboo floor. It features a small but cosy separate bedroom with a queen size bedroom. The ensuite is very small with a shower, toilet and small vanity unit.

It has a kitchenette with a jug, toaster, microwave, coffee maker and bar fridge so you can self cater if you wish. It does not have full cooking facilties however, as we believe guests will want to enjoy a true holiday and a rest from cooking by experiencing the many different restaurants in the Mollymook, Milton- Ulladulla area. There is an electric frypan if you did want to do bacon and eggs for example, for breakfast.

Coffee pods and maker and a variety of teas are also provided for you.

Sheerwater is situated at the north end of beautiful Mollymook Beach on the South Coast(about 3 hrs south of Sydney and 2.5 hrs from Canberra)

Fantastic views of Mollymook Beach .Across the road from bush track to north end Mollymook Beach.

3 minutes walk to famous Bannisters Rick Steins Restaurant for cocktails and delicious lunches or evening meals. A short walk to the newly opened Asian fusion restaurant, Gwylo and Bannisters funky Pavillion Rooftop restaurant and bar.

Close to nature walks, lookout and headland reserve .

A short drive/walk away from cafes, shops,golf course, golf club and bike tracks.

Neighbouring towns Milton, Ulladulla, Burrill Lake are all within 5 minutes drive. Jervis Bay Marine Park is 40 minutes north & Batemans Bay is 40 minutes south. Ulladulla is situated in the Shoalhaven which is renowned for its white sandy beaches,great surfing and fishing, scenic rivers & lakes with national parks and mountain ranges as a backdrop.
