As soon as you arrive you can see that the property is the fixed residence of the couple Rogerio and Eliana, both engineers retired since October 2016, when they decided to enjoy the pleasant Guarajuba Beach, where they built the first phase of the property with an architectural project that privileges the optimized use of the land and especially the ventilation of the house and outdoor areas beyond the maximum solar incidence time over the pool. In 2017, after retirement, we fulfilled an old desire to extend the house, with a second floor, through an upgrade of the original architectural project executed by the same architect. The area has been expanded to a second floor, where there are 3 full suites and a hardwood mezzanine with an area equivalent to that of another room, in addition to the 3 ground floor suites. The house was well ventilated since the right foot of the room was over 8 meters high. The project was beautiful!
Today is a complete residence with 6 suites, all with split and tv, dining room, tv room, a Sky appliance, 50MBPS speed wi-fi internet, mezzanine with 2 sofas bed without air conditioning (standing fan) , full kitchen including airfryer fryer, bakery, electric coffee maker, microwave, blender, processor, espresso coffee maker, water cooler, fridge and freezer, barbecue and freezer lounge area where I will leave with a few beers and some Complimentary soft drinks. The pool has dimensions of 3 x 6.5 x 1.5m, with stainless steel waterfall and a hot tub area similar to a hot tub. Several furniture of balconies and pool and sombreros. Total comfort. It is my current residence. The barbecue area with a large workbench and another barbecue support workbench. All material for barbecue.
We have the employee who will clean the pool daily whose expense is included in the daily rate with the products (chlorine, clarifier ...). As for household chores, I can name a local day laborer.
The house is very close to the Paradise Condo Ordinance and Guarajuba Square, which allows the shift to trade without the need for a car. The house is also very close to the beach huts. No need to get out of the car. Access can be done on foot. Very well located.
The Paradise Condominium has sports courts, gym, club, chapel with masses on Saturdays, playground for children. On the waterfront there are volleyball and soccer courts, among other exercise equipment. A boardwalk with bike path and race track. A true paradise. Certainly the best condominium in Guarajuba. Spectacular beach. It is in the pilot phase to win the Blue Flag Seal. It will be the first beach in the Brazilian Northeast to conquer such an international seal.
Guarajuba beach is one of the most beautiful in the Brazilian Northeast. I know several beaches from Salvador to Fortaleza. Of all I visited I consider Guarajuba the best for combining its beauty, warm and calm waters, with a natural pool in front of the famous Carlinhos Bar and with an excellent infrastructure that Guarajuba offers with Shopping, pharmacies, liquor stores, gas station, bakeries, miscellaneous shops in the Monte Gordo District (across the road from Coco) and a large G Barbosa supermarket, as well as several restaurants and beach bars. On YouTube there are wonderful drone videos of Guarajuba beach.
In addition, Guarajuba is 10 km away from Praia do Forte which, arguably, is an excellent tourist hub of the region. It is an unmissable tour, both by day to know its beaches, being the best one of the Lords, and the interesting Tamar Project for the protection of sea turtles and where it has aquariums with various species of marine life. The early evening at Praia do Forte is another excellent tour. This is when its colorful and lively nightlife bars and shops start working.
