Note: During Season (January- April) you must book whole months, i.e all of January or all of February etc. We are unable to accommodate reservations that cross months during this period unless it's 60 or 90 days.

FULL DESCRIPTION



Golf lovers everywhere...Come see our 2 bedrooms, 2 bath condo on a 36-hole Arnold Palmer-designed golf course at Lakewood National Golf Club, a championship course and local favorite! This is a monthly rental with many amenities at your fingertips. This is a midrise building with an elevator. The condo is on one level and has a private entrance. It's brand new and beautiful! Not just for golf lovers though, as we have tennis, bocce ball, and a state-of-the-art fitness facility plus with over 150 miles of sidewalks, trails, parks, lakes, nature, and wetland preserves, you can enjoy the outdoors all day long!



This is an upscale, fully furnished gorgeous condo fully stocked with all that you need for your stay. It's over 1,150 heated sq ft with a new beautiful stainless kitchen, large tile flooring throughout except the bedrooms which are a neutral carpet. The kitchen has a large granite island with a prep sink and soft close drawers and dark cherry cabinetry fill the kitchen. All basic appliances are included plus dishes, stemware and other necessities. The kitchen island has bar seating for 3 people, plus there is a large dining table off the kitchen that seats 6 with views of the golf course.



The master bedroom has an en-suite bath including a step-in shower, granite vanity, and tile flooring. The master has a King bed, flat-screen TV, a closet for all your belongings, and a ceiling fan. The flooring is carpet. The second bedroom has two twin beds with a full bathroom right around the corner. Full-size washer and dryer are in-house. No schlepping your things to the laundromat.



The living room has beautiful furnishings that are both stunning and comfortable. Plenty of seating for everyone plus a large flat-screen TV for your entertainment and for fun movie nights with the kids. Don't forget the popcorn! There are sliding doors that lead out to the screened-in lanai. Enjoy your meal or a glass of wine outdoors, bug-free.
