This ground-floor gem is tucked within The Peak, an elegant cliff-top enclave surrounded by delightful gardens offering enchanting water views and abundant birdlife.

Waterview Apartment has a fully renovated kitchen with Bosch induction cooktop and SMEG oven. The kitchen also has microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine.

The apartment has a renovated bathroom with walk-in shower, vanity unit, toilet and has another separate toilet. We supply linen and towels.

Unlimited WiFi and smart 55" Sony TV are available to guests. New reverse cycle air-conditioning unit offers cool summer days and warm winter nights.

Please note, the apartment accommodates a maximum of 3 guests, including children, with all guests required to use the provided bedding. A portable cot for an infant is allowed if supplied by the guest. The couch is not permitted as a sleeping area.

Great location and the lovely sound of birds

My kids and I enjoyed our stay. It was located right across from the Bay, and only 150m or so from the 'main street'. It had everything we needed. The balcony was great, just listening to the birds.

Lovely place

We had a lovely time staying in this accomodation. It is clean, closer to the shops and beach. The view from the family room balcany is very nice Many friendly neighbours around to have a friendly chat. The hosts were very resposive. We will recomend this place for a nice holiday.

Great little apartment.

Well appointed apartment. Lovely view of the Bay, just what we needed.We were Well looked after by Lilia and Russell who were on hand to answer questions that popped up.We’d love to come back to Waterview.

Good location but needs a spring clean and revamp

Property is very old and dated. Furniture is very dated and place needs a good clean out and clean! Remote for garage is attached to a filthy soft toy. Not necessary to keep old dvds, games with half the pieces missing and a compendium dated back to 2019. Having plastic covering under bedsheet was weird and uncomfortable. With a bit of effort and removing a lot of the crap in there, decent towels and sheets this could be a great holiday rental.

My husband and I have just spent a very relaxing few days at this property. The apartment is perched high up on a hill with lovely garden and river views from the balcony. A set of well maintained stairs takes you down to the water front and next door to the Soldiers Club, where there is a bistro serving excellent meals. You are also on the edge of the shopping area. My only complaint is the bathroom towels, which of extremely poor quality.

We were very pleased with our accommodation very clean & comfortable. We found only 2 problems the sliding door & screen door needs new rollers as very hard to open & shut plus the garage is very hard to get in as the gardens between the garages make it hard to get in other than those things we enjoyed our stay

Lack of cleanliness

Was happy with the property owners behaviour but absolutely not happy with the view and the property location as well as cleanliness. Sorry to say but there were many cockroaches moving around in the kitchen and fleas on the bed, which bothered us whole time. The water view looks closer and nice in the photo but in real it’s not. We paid the whole amount in advance otherwise we would prefer to change the accommodation immediately after passing a day.

Quiet Location

In a large complex which needs a lot of trimming to shrubs Unit is OLD & Dated needs an update. Has too many "nik nacs" & clutter (dust collectors) Coffee cups all had stains. Parking is a REAL PROBLEM. garage provided is suitable for a small car ONLY & very difficult access - limited outside parking. It is in a quiet location & close to RSL "IF YOU USE THE 60 STAIRS" It is a hard climb!!!

Sensational Holiday Unit

Perfect location close to town, clubs, pubs and supermarkets. Beautiful views and so many parrots came to our balcony. We managed to hand feed some with some honey. Highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a place to stay in Batemans Bay.

Great position

We stayed 3 nights here, initially a glitch which was totally my ineptness texted the owner who replied and helped immediately (Thankyou again Russell). Great location, walked everywhere around Batemans Bay, gorgeous verandah which we spent all our home time on. It’s an older apartment, gorgeous new bathroom, the property has everything you need for a break and more. I’d definitely book again.

Pleasant Stay

After the initial goof up of our bookings, post payment, where we lost an entire day of our leave & were forced to leave on a day that got us stuck in traffic all the way home, Russell & Lilia were very fast to respond to any queries. The place is lovely, especially the views of water between the trees, from the balcony. The property is a little dated (especially I do not like carpet) but comfortable enough, with everything one needs during a stay away from home. All you may need to bring extra is some toilet paper, if you need it (only 2 provided) & a bath soap/wash (none provided). The kitchen is fully equipped. The one negative for me was, there are no fans nor air conds in the rooms, so they get stuffy, when the door is shut. Even when I left my door open, I was sweating throughout the night, making it a little hard to sleep. During the day, it was cool so we never needed the air cond. In fact, we sometimes had to close the sliding door as it got too cold. The washer & dryer are convenient, although it gets a little tedious trying to ferry laundry to & from the garage to dry. I guess my only complaint would be, the cleaners had not done a good job. The front entrance & the balcony were full of leaves & cobwebs. Even the master wardrobe had cobwebs in it. I had to clean away bread crumbs from under the toaster, which is why, I believe, there was a cockroach crawling around. Yicks!!! We had left it in perfect condition now, even sprayed Glen20 before we left, so hope the next tenant will enjoy it. It is a lovely, cozy apartment. We would not hesitate to recommend it to others, although a modern refurbish & some garden care in the from would give it a world of freshness.
