It's outstanding feature, however, is the spacious back deck facing the waterfront. Enjoy al fresco meals and drinks on the deck with great views of the waterways or head out to the Gulf of Mexico for a spot of fishing or sailing. When you return you can grill the day's catch right on the back deck, using the built-in barbecue and coolers for your drinks. With plenty of comfortable outdoor furniture, this home is designed to make the most of the great weather with good company. No expense has been spared to make this a dream home. At day's end you can wash away your troubles with a hot bath or invigorating shower in one of the two luxuriously appointed bathrooms before heading to bed in one of the warm and inviting bedrooms with queen-sized beds and all the comforts of home. There are also two kayaks that you can use at an extra cost.

Neighborhood
Hudson Beach Estates is one of nine neighborhoods that make up the beach community of Hudson Beach on the West coast of Florida in the Gulf of Mexico. The community is crisscrossed by purpose- built canals blasted out by the Army Corps of Engineers in the late 1950s and 1960s. Most properties here have direct access to the Gulf of Mexico through a web of interconnected waterways in their backyards, making it one of the largest artificial canal cities in the United States, with over 25 miles of inland waterways.
Places of interest in the vicinity include boating trips in the Gulf of Mexico, Busch Gardens Tampa, a 335-acre African-themed animal theme park (53 miles), Walt Disney World Resort in Orlanda (90 miles) and Clearwater Beach with its 2.5 miles of soft white sand, making it one of the best beaches in the United States (35 miles).

Getting around
If you don't have your own transport there are a number of local car hire and taxi companies in addition to Uber and Lyft. Several fishing & boat charters are located in the immediate neighborhood (0.3 miles) and are a great way to explore the area.

You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from swimming, fishing (dock use), use of the kayaks and hold owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers that may present to children who are not supervised, as well as the danger to any person swimming, fishing (dock use) or using the kayaks, in cases where a person has health risks, or if a person, swims or do sports while intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or while pregnant. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and for the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against owner for accidents or claims arising from swimming, fishing (dock use) or using the kayaks. All Guests in my party acknowledge and agree that they have read and understand this waiver and they acknowledge that confirming below constitutes a binding and enforceable contract between Guests and Host.
