Ocean View Villa 4 is one of four villas enjoying beachfront panoramic bay views over Geographe Bay, Dunsborough.

Located on a quiet cul-de-sac and only a 3 minute walk to Dunsborough town centre, we are opposite the glorious, peaceful and picturesque Dunn Bay.

Ocean View Villa 4 is a fully self contained, fully furnished two storey villa, maximising breathtaking views from both storeys.
Charging of Electric Vehicles is not available at this holiday home. Dunsborough has charging stations in town near the post office.

Villa layout;

All bedrooms are located upstairs.

Master bedroom has a queen size bed, own ensuite and balcony with glorious sweeping views of Geographe Bay

Bedroom 2 has queen size bed and shares a bathroom with bedroom 3, which has a double bed and bunk bed

A third bathroom is located downstairs.

All the living spaces and kitchen are open plan and all enjoy ocean views, as does the courtyard, which is enclosed, part paved, part grassed, with a lovely manicured garden.

The courtyard is perfectly set up for alfresco dining with an 8 seat outdoor setting and a new gas BBQ.

Small dogs may be permitted upon request. Dogs must be well trained and not jump on any furniture and please note the fence is not high (approx 1m) so most suitable for smaller dogs & a max of 2 dogs present

Sensational location - you are within a few minutes stroll to various bars, boutiques, restaurants and local retail stores. Immediately in front of the villa is a paved walking/cycling path which extends for approximately 3km in one direction and another 6km the other - all along the beautiful beachfront of Dunsborough and Quindalup. Various parks and swimming beaches to choose from all within easy walking distance. Public grassed areas with free to use BBQ and picnic tables under shady trees are spread along the beachfront.
Bike hire, paddleboard, surfcat and kayak hire is seasonally available only 150m from the villa.
should you wish to use the indoor fireplace during the colder months please provide your own firewood. Bags of firewood are available for purchase from most service stations in the South West.
