This property is a family-owned 800 square foot tower apartment on the shores of the Gulf of Mexico. There is a full kitchen, living area with a queen size sleeper sofa, and a bedroom with two queen size beds. It is part of the Zilli Collection. Each with the Zilli touch of amazing view, decor, (not typical wicker furniture, silly beach artifacts, 40 year old flooring, one SIZE fits all, etc.). We call it upscale coastal. The properties are more of a resort, 5 star hotel feel. We own an elegant upscale home next door, a penthouse unit, a direct walk out unit, along with 2 units with the option to connect into one suite.

You’ll find everything you need on-site from free WIFI to dishes, linens, towels and even a few extras you may need for your stay like puzzles and soap. There is a pool and a covered area with grills and picnic tables overlooking the beach. Hope to see you soon at one of my beautiful vacation homes. All you need is your bathing suit and a toothbrush. The beach is just steps away.

This resort is not a place of public accommodation as defined by the ADA and, therefore, does not meet the accessibility requirements of the ADA. Wonderful condo. As James states, it’s not your typical condo for rent. It was very beautifully appointed and the condition of the condo was great. The view is outstanding and you can’t get much closer to the beach. There are many great restaurants to choose from. All in all we enjoyed our stay very much.

We really wanted to get away from crowded beaches and have a view of the beach from our room. This gave us both and the place was clean as a whistle. My wife always does the bed inspection and we both look at the rentals as a whole and this passes with flying colors. Jim was communicative and helpful.After a day on the uncrowded beach we enjoyed the pool and then went to watch the sunset. If you do not want a crowded tourist scene, this is a perfect place for a couples getaway.

Jim is a fantastic host. He's a great communicator, from the time of booking to questions we had during our stay. He provided us with an informational packet that was very helpful. We loved the view, the quiet beach and the location. And the new king bed was so comfy! We can't wait to go back to again.

Great view and super convenient access to the beach! The condo was clean and cozy, and the balcony was a nice space to enjoy morning coffee and evening sunsets. The only real draw back was the occasional drawn out and loud conversations from the neighbors above. Stand still traffic going north from the condo beginning at the bridge at Longboat Key Pass towards Bradenton was annoying. We made it up that way one evening and on to Anna Marie but then turned around on two other occasions. St. Armands Key circle area to the south was nice, but super crowded. There’s a Publix grocery store close by to pick up the essentials and plenty of local restaurants close by to enjoy a nice dinner, our favorite being Mar Vista Dockside. The host was nice and communicated a couple times that week by text just to check in to see if we needed anything.

Thank you for your nice comments and of course I can't control activities of others and you came down during the two busiest weeks of the year so traffic will be an issue and if you go to Anne Island, it's open to the public so it's far more congested than Longboat Key, which is a private island God's . We spent a week here in paradise, and genuinely never wanted to leave! The condo was so clean and well appointed. We are very particular about cleanliness and from the moment we entered the door we knew that we were in good hands. The linens were crisp, the floors were spotless, the bathroom sparkled, and the kitchen shined! The view only added to our first impression of the condo! The condo is truly ocean front, and the sunsets from the balcony will take your breath away. We spent every meal we possibly could on the balcony here in paradise. It is picture perfect, peaceful, and everything we could have hoped for. The location is fantastic for those who want to simply relax. It is close enough to have a quick drive for daily excursions, but outside of the hustle and bustle of city flow. There is a fantastic pool for when you just want to float around, and the putting green is perfect for a little friendly competition! Publix near by is ideal for quick groceries, and there are more than enough restaurants on Longboat with even more just a little further into Sarasota.Jim is a breath of fresh air, and only a message away. He is quick to respond, and saved us with recommendations on where to eat when we could not decide! From the moment we booked he was so helpful and kind! He made sure we had everything we needed!From the seamless checkin to the painless checkout this was truly paradise. If you are looking for a clean, peaceful, ocean front place to stay, this is it!

Had a great relaxing time with family. The property is right on a beautiful beach which is crowd free and clean. Plenty of chairs and umbrellas available for use. Please be aware that the location is at least 20 mins away from the restaurants and shops. But that is also the reason you can have a great time away with your loved ones without disturbances.
