Experience the perfect vacation in this beautifully designed and spacious villa.
Located in Southeast Cape Coral, just minutes from the Yacht Club Area, Villa Ria sits in one of the most sought-after neighborhoods and offers direct access to a saltwater canal, with quick routes to the river and the Gulf of Mexico.

The villa features 3 bedrooms, including a children’s bedroom with a tent loft bed, slide, and two twin-size sleeping areas, plus 2 bathrooms. The open, bright living area flows seamlessly into a fully equipped kitchen separated by a wide counter, creating a welcoming space for cooking, dining, and relaxing. Two smart TVs are provided - one in the living area and one in the master bedroom - allowing you to stream your favorite shows via your own provider (please note: cable or satellite TV is not included). High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the house via Comcast.

Outside, enjoy an electrically heated, east-facing pool, a cozy terrace with a lounge area, additional seating, and a barbecue grill—perfect for unwinding or entertaining.

Large home, great location, great pool and dock

We loved the location of this property...it was very large and had a lot of fun space. The kitchen was well equipped with anything you might need. The pool area was really nice for relaxing in the sun.

Enjoyed the space and the manager who checked us in/out. Three friends traveling for a fun get away. Appreciated separate bedrooms and the fun common space. Very clean. Near a busy road so auto noises annoying at times.

Relaxing vacation!

The property manager was very pleasant and helpful. The house was well stocked and had everything we needed. The lanai was spacious and had plenty of seating, very relaxing!

Excellent Location

This house is in the perfect location. You can easily walk to the beach and into town. There is a lot of space within the house and outside. The check in and check out process was very easy and property owner was quick to respond. We look forward to visiting again next year!

Lovely Home

We enjoyed our time here. The home was clean and well maintained. The beds were uncommonly comfortable. The bar area was unique and except for the dinette of little use. Tho house is large enough and the outdoor area so nice we didn’t notice. Sometimes traffic was a little loud but again, it was not so much as to be a problem.

Villa Ria

The property was exactly as stated in the photos and description. We were a group of 5 adults, 2 babies , plus a 4 year old. Plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen was well equipped with plenty of plates , cups, and silverware. The furniture was attractive, modern, and in wonderful condition. Beds were comfortable, there was a t.v. in every bedroom and 1 outside- all with cable. No worries about towels- LOTS of them and beach towels. The location was very near the Yacht Club only about 3/4 of a mile walk. The best thing was having the fence around the pool. You could remove sections as needed, but could have the entire pool fenced off when needed so young children could be outside to play and not worry about them falling in the water. Management responded immediately when we had a couple of questions. Overall, we would not hesitate to rent this property or any others from Dream Coast Management Inc. - Annett Frank
