Great for a chilling spacious 2-rooms apartment for friends or family in the newly trendy district of Kyiv city-center area. Here you might meet young creatives who study media-arts, visual communications, and architecture because top schools they study at are situated nearby.
The area is vibrant and live in the evening but quiet and safe at night. Close to the nightlife and must-visit restaurants (best Asian food place is around the corner, fine vegetarian canteen 2 min walk, excellent coffee place 300m away). 5 minutes walk to Peremogy square, 10 minutes ride to the Lva Tolstogo square. Walking distance to the Botanical Garden.
The apartment is very quiet and designed with the idea of maximum comfort and chill. The artworks that you will find in the interior are created by the talented Ukrainian artists that we love. It has all the kitchen facilities and is very close to the famous Lukyanivska market, so you can easily cook. Or take advantage out of the ready take away meals at the 2 big supermarkets nearby. We have an extremely cozy balcony for work or reading.
