Welcome to Fairwinds Guest Suites: a personal luxury resort, with pool and hot tub. We invite you to our brand new, sparkling, 2 bdrm (each with ensuite) listing! Our private, quiet, restful haven boasts a full kitchen, laundry, living room, gym, bbq, patio, pool, loungers and hot tub. Located right beside the golf course, just a minute from the beach, perfect for boat vacations, wine tours, golf trips, summer getaways and relaxation experiences!

Just steps away from Osoyoos Golf Course, Fairwinds Guest Suites is a brand new walk out featuring two luxurious bedrooms, each with it's own private ensuite.

This beautiful vacation home boasts a full, stylish kitchen, living room, gym and walkout patio with bbq.

Owners live on site in a fully separate space.



Fairwinds Guest Suites is an 1800 sq ft luxury walkout with everything you could possibly need. Enjoy a full kitchen with bbq on the patio and snuggle up in the cozy and stylish living room with big screen tv. Workout in your own gym with treadmill, universal and rower.

The two luxury bedrooms are an oasis with their own private ensuites. Each has it's own mini fridge, Keuring coffee station, tv and sitting area. Step out your bedroom patio doors to enjoy a morning coffee listening to the quail cooing in the cedars, in your fleecy Fairwinds bathrobe.

The covered patio provides a perfect shady space for our hot summers, and the a/c will keep you cool and comfortable.

Osoyoos Golf Club is steps from our door, has 2 full 18 hole courses and has a gorgeous view for cocktails and delicious food even if you're not a golfer.

We are surrounded by mountain views, crown land full of trails to explore, wineries, orchards and beaches.

Osoyoos Lake is the warmest lake in all of Canada, and the beach and boating life here is spectacular! There is ample boat parking on the street. Waterski, wakeboard, swim, paddle board, and enjoy all the beautiful Osoyoos beaches to the fullest extent.

Snowbird Rentals are available from Oct - April.

We enjoyed our stay here in Osoyoos. Access to the pool and hot tub were awesome at the end of day. The suite was great has lots of space, loved we had access to washer and dryer! Walking distance to town, and the golf course. Great views from the pool, quiet nights listening to the birds in the area! We will be back to visit Ann’s wonderful restful retreat!

Perfect Accommodation for 2 Couples!

Perfect in every way! This worked so well for 2 couples! We each had our own private suite and a beautiful living room/kitchen/gym area to share. The hot tub and pool are a bonus! The entire place was spotless and felt like it was brand new. The host, Ann, has thought of everything and has left clear instructions and thoughtful items throughout the property. We are looking forward to booking it again! Loved it!

Wonderful suite!

The best place I have stayed in! Every home comfort provided and more. Quiet and relaxing. Hosts were more than accommodating and very friendly, allowing (encouraging) us to use the hot tub & pool. I suggest rising early one morning and sitting outside to enjoy the weather and the bird song! Would highly recommend!
