We had a wonderful stay at this house in Warm Mineral Springs, Florida. The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had a great layout that made it feel spacious and comfortable. The neighbourhood was quiet and peaceful, which made it the perfect place to relax.The location was ideal — just a short distance from the warm spring waters — and the host was responsive and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. The house had everything we needed, and we truly felt at home.Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. We would happily stay here again.

Bad water, cold water that should have been hot, very low water pressure, stinky water!

Fix the water problem & all is good. Actually that is the closest we’ve ever been to 48 buzzards.

House was not in good condition

The house was not in any condition for us to rent. The first night we checked in it rained and I had to babysit 3 leaks coming from the roof and the window. Also the tub drain was clogged in the kids bathroom. Property manager did not offer any type of compensation for the condition of the rental. Now she won’t respond to me. Pick somewhere else.

No drinkable water for 5 days/ 4 night. Communication with property manager was very poor/non existent. List of items that were bad: - RO water system did not work, so no drinkable water - Coffee maker did not work properly and was dirty/old - Refrigerator water and ice maker did not work - Water smells like Sulphur

We apologize for the inconvenience you experienced due to RO water system issues, we tried to arrange plumber visit during your stay, and due to poor communication from your end, plumber stop by 2 times each morning after you report a problem and no-one was at your property, and management informed you about plumber visits. We wish we know about the coffee maker during your stay, you did not report any other issues during your stay. Your feedback is greatly appreciated and will assist us in providing better service.

Generally adequate, but could have been much nicer.

The property was nice, but not well maintained and stocked. It had no water glasses, many of the lights did not work, the fan batteries for remotes were dead (many), no kitchen towels, no hot pads, the patio door was broken, no grill utensils, most of the bathroom sink drain plugs did not work, no end tables. Labeling light switches would have been nice. The overall space of the house was nice, the washer and dryer were nice, the hot water supply was more than adequate. The location and neighborhood were nice. The yard was not mowed in the three weeks we were there. Ants were present especially in the master bath on the first day we were there and were a continued problem our whole time at the house. It wasn't northerners eating food in the master bathroom.

Not a dream house

The property is in an older feeling area and overall property is not well maintained. The BBQ was in a pile on the ground behind the house. A broken toaster oven was piled on the side of the garage and visible from the street. The inside was very clean, but not many light switches worked and appeared to be needing repair. All the furnishings are very old and really dated - the black laquer headboard in one room had a non-functioning tape deck and lamps which had their power cords wire nutted to some control knobs on the headboard but didn't work either. Overall, it was an OK place to sleep, but it was good that we didn't spend much time there. Appears it may have been a foreclosure or something that is barely maintained to qualify as a rental.

Quick stay

We were moving to Florida and needed a place to stay for a few days before our furniture arrived. I first checked the local hotels and needed two rooms and pet friendly. Wow was I shocked at the prices. A good friend of ours suggested a b@b and gave us the web site. We took a chance and was pleasantly surprised how easy it was and most of all, the house was outstanding. Far beats a crowed hotel room. Everything was outstanding from the house to the location to our new home. Again, hats off to a great mini stay!
