Geraldton City Stay Cottage on Sanford

This beautifully presented heritage listed cottage is located in the centre of Geraldton . The cottage has been renovated and offers a totally new kitchen and bathroom along with quality furnishings throughout.

A two bedroom, one bathroom fully self contained cottage. One bedroom has a king sized bed and a single bed & the other has a queen bed & a single bed. There is a Lounge with a smart TV & DVD, fully equipped kitchen, laundry, shower, toilet, enclosed outdoor living area with BBQ & front veranda. Airconditioning in living areas & fans in living room & bedrooms. Free high speed Wi-Fi & Netflix.

All of the house is accessible, however it is not suitable for disabled guests as there are steps down to the outdoor area from where the bathroom is accessed.

The cottage is self book-in type accommodation. Upon payment I will provide you with a code for the lock box which contains the keys. I am always available via phone & live just a few minutes away so if you need me I can be at the cottage very quickly. I am happy to provide you with any information that you may require.

The cottage is located in the centre of Geraldton & is within easy walking distance to the beach, shops, restaurants, visitor centre & many more attractions that Geraldton has to offer.

There are two free parking spaces available at the back of the cottage. You probably wont need your car too much as everything is within walking distance.
The cottage is suitable for families with several different bed configurations available. Guests are expected to leave the cottage clean & tidy and we kindly ask that prior to leaving you clean and put away any dishes and kitchenware used and place any used towels in the bathroom. Smoking is not permitted.
