Two wonderful relaxing decks accent this beautiful home, both with great views and plenty of space for a family get together! In the interior has vaulted T&G ceilings, granite counter tops, amazing engineered wood flooring, stainless appliances (double ovens for the holiday get togethers) and lp gas tankless water heater. You'll enjoy a spacious breakfast bar, Stone Rock Fireplace (gas logs available in the winter months). 4 King Masters on the Main level. Lower level has a large Media Room or Family Gathering Room, a stacked rock gas log fireplace (available in winter months only), and a bedroom room with full bath. The lower level also has another terrace with a great view!Also has a backup generator!

In town with family for a funeral. Perfect home for the adults who all wanted a king bed with their own bathroom. Check-in was easy and the directions were accurate.

We had a wonderful family vacation. This property was perfect for our needs. The view off of the deck was gorgeous and we were close to all of the activities we wanted to do. We loved having the Blackstone grill. One of our guys was a Blackstone enthusiast and made breakfast every morning. All of the rooms had their own bathroom. We did wish that at least one of the toilets would have been higher off of the ground. All of the toilets are very low, so someone with knee or hip issues might need that information. We enjoyed the ping pong table. However, the basement does have a bit of musty smell to it. (this is where the bunk room is located) so I was glad no one needed to sleep down there. The rooms and beds were comfortable. Overall an excellent stay

Great house for family get together!

This is a great house for a family get together! It has wonderful views, nice bedroom set-up (we love the en-suite bathrooms and king size beds), well stocked kitchen, and nice big deck!

Perfect for our group

One couple plus 5 other adult men. Everybody has their own room and bath. Large open area including the kitchen was excellent for meals and evening discussion. Outside deck perfect for sunrise and sunset. Gorgeous view!

Wonderful views and large rooms

This is our second time staying here. The bedrooms are spacious, the open floor space is wonderful and the view from the decks is stunning. We love the birdhouses and bird feeders. I saw a hummingbird even (no feeder) and a pair of bluebirds bringing food to their babies in one of the birdhouses along the porch. The neighborhood is peaceful and exactly what our friend group needed for our weekend.

Large beautiful mountain home

We had a great family vacation with lots of room for our large family! Wonderfully comfortable king sized beds! Large rooms for gathering and celebrating time with people you love! Beautifully landscaped yard! We had a small hiccup with water pressure but the trouble was resolved. I would definitely recommend this lovely home!

The Den Church

We are a home church since Covid shut down churches. We came for a marriage retreat! The house is awesome! Master suites met all of our needs. Very clean! Beds slept good. Kitchen has everything you need. Enjoyed our weekend very much. The fire pit on the deck was our favorite meeting spot.

reunion of 10, all 60 yrs old and up

Perfectly clean, beautiful view, plenty of outdoor furniture w/ deck space for all 10 of us to circle up, kitchen had everything we needed, great dining table that comfortably seats 10, gas grill outside, plenty of parking, and you just can't beat 4 ensuite king rooms plus bunks and bathroom downstairs! Great games, etc., for in and out. We want to come back to this one!

Father's Day Weekend

Third time staying on Sunset Mountain. Once again it was absolutely wonderful. We had thirteen family members staying 4 nights, there's plenty of room inside and outside to accommodate our family. Large bedrooms, and living area. VERY clean house. Plenty of parking space. Gorgeous view of the mountains from the porch. Great location, grocery store is just a short drive away. 45 minute drive to Cherokee . I highly recommend staying here.

Comfortable Stay

Home was very well for our family size. Everything was in working order. Only complaint if it could be considered no real things for our Grandkids to play or adults pool or table tennis, foosball type entertainment. Heck even cornhole game would be nice. Otherwise good quiet time.

Was great size for our family, although there was a few things. Very hard to get there, the dish washers did not always get dishes clean. We had 2 days without internet, when we had it was very weak. We did have a great time but think these should be addressed

Absolutely stunning!

My family and I just returned from this beautiful home and we are already looking to go back. We loved it. The home is BEAUTIFUL and the views are spectacular. I felt like I was in the rain forest with all the beautiful greenery surrounding me. The views from the top deck cannot be beat. The kids had their on space on the lower level and they were thrilled, (so were we)! I could go on and on. If you are on the fench...just book it!!!

PICTURES DO NOT DO THIS PROPERTY JUSTICE!

This is a fantastic property for families and older ones because all 4 of the main bedrooms are on the main floor. There are stairs to the basement for the kids, but otherwise NO STAIRS. That was great for my older mother. Also, the pictures don’t do the view justice. It was an amazing view. The house had everything we needed and when things broke down, the property manager was there the same day. Overall an amazing place to stay!

Great accommodations except having to take trash to dump!

The open area is large, and wonderful for gathering with family. We had a wonderful time relaxing, cooking, eating, and just catching up. It was a great birthday celebration. There were lots of bees outside, but the main downer was having to take your own trash to the dump! We’ve never had to do this on any other property that we’ve rented. The cleaning fee should cover it - in my opinion.
