Peppercorn Ridge Farmstay

Set at the foot of Cambewarra mountain less than than 10 minutes from Berry and Kangaroo Valley 5 mins to Shoalhaven river golf courses and local wineries'cafes,art galleries.

With a short drive you can hit the shoalhaven beaches, including Huskisson and the beaches of Jervis Bay which host the whitest sands in the country.

Sleeping 9,the house consists of 1 master bedroom with ensuite, queen bedroom with ensuite, double bedroom and 1 double/single bedroom ,the house is fully air conditioned..Guests have access to full kitchen and 2 lounge rooms, own verandah BBQ setting with garden and views and overlooks the pool.

A true country experience;Peppercorn Ridge is home to horses,cows,sheep dogs and chickens
(The house adjoins the owners house, however you can have little or no interaction with the owners. The property is to enjoy )

We had an excellent stay at Peppercorn. All the facilities were well maintained and worked, the bbq worked fantastically well. Kids loved the pool, chickens and had great time collecting eggs. Beds were so comfortable slept like a dream and having so many bathrooms was fantastic particularly with teenage girls.

Large comfortable house, good location, generally clean although the fridge could do with an upgrade as it was leaking.The farm experience was a bit light on but probably due to the owners not being on site during our stay.

Poorly maintained, lots of maintenance work needed, eg most down lights not working, light shades missing most rooms, doors not closing, light switches broken, chickens had no food water bowls needed cleaning and fresh water. Broken lounge out side on the veranda, broken lounge chair in pool. Cleaning was very poor, freezer had 3 inches of ice and leftover food from last people. Pots and pans were old and dirty.

The property was great, is close to shops and restaurants. The kids loved the property as they were able to explore areas nearby. Kareena and Kel are great hosts, would definitely stay here again.

Big farm house, fun animals

The house is huge, we really appreciated the space, especially the two bedrooms with ensuite baths. The kids enjoyed exploring the farm and the animals, and you can even help yourself to fresh eggs. The area is perfect for relaxing weekend, lots of nice walks. The General cafe in Kangaroo Valley was an unexpected highlight!

We had such a lovely, relaxing time here. It was just what we needed to wind down. The scenery is beautiful, and the children loved the surrounding farm animals. We also visited the local zoo which isn’t far from the property. The house is very clean, it had everything we needed and our hosts were very helpful and accommodating. Definitely recommend!

It was a good stay. Spacious and clean house. Good for large families. Not far from Berry. If it wasnt for rain, we would have explored more. So we stayed indoors. But it was good to spend time reading, cooking wnd spending time with family. The house had everything we needed.
