About Lisa Odgers
We currently live in a number of locations depending upon our grand-parenting responsibilities and our travel plans but the close-to-the-city location of Jolimont, Subiaco, and Wembley seems ideal for us when we are in town. I grew up in Seattle Washington where I met Clive during the 1970's and moved to Australia soon after. Perth is a wonderful place to live, holiday, and grow children.

We purchased this property in 2011. It has everything we were looking space, sharp looking, 3 levels, secure garaging, and most importantly potential appeal to discerning short term guests. They all love the convenience and style as we do.
What makes this Townhouse unique
Although there are 10 properties in the Churchill Avenue building, 4 are commercial, the rear 3 are residential townhouses, and the remaining 3 apartments are very quiet living owners. Guests can walk to the Rokeby Road shops, cafes, restaurants, hotel, train station, library, parks, and even to Kings Park. It is an excellent location and guests are treated to stylish and spacious accommodation

Loved our Subiaco experience
Our stay was so nice. The house was spotless and the communication with the owner was wonderful. We loved the location to catch the train, neighbor trolley and many locations we could walk to. Would recommend this to anyone who doesn’t mind stairs.
Always book to stay here when am in Perth.

Stay was great, place is very well equipped to be able to cook and clean.
Absolute gem of an apartment in Subiaco
Having stayed in a few short term apartment lets in the area we can confidently say that this gem of an apartment is perfectly located, modern and comfortable, and represents great value. The spacious apartment is on three levels, and perfectly appointed. It is a quiet building, safe and secure.
The furnishings are well thought out and of good quality, and the lovely owners have thought of everything you might need for your stay. There are nice touches everywhere, making it feel homely rather than the spartan feel of some similar rentals. Beds are comfortable, as is the living room area. There is a large screen TV and good Internet, and air conditioning throughout the apartment.
Being just a minute away from the restaurants, bars, and shops of Rockeby Road is a luxury - as is the convenient integral garage so you never need to worry about parking. At the same time Subiaco Transperth station is just 5 minutes walk away.
We hope to stay here again when we next visit.
Lovely place, great location
We had an excellent stay at this property. It was beautifully presented and clean. The location is great - a quiet complex close to Subiaco shopping and train. Lots of coffee and restaurant options within a few minutes walk (including an excellent little cafe, Community Coffee, mere steps from the back door). Lisa was a great host - booking and check-in was smooth. Would definitely stay again.
