Beautiful property with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Perfect location for where we needed to go. Everything you need is in the house and super comfortable bed.

Very Happy With Our Stay

Suits us perfectly when visiting family. Only 5 or 10 minutes drive to Tea Tree Plaza or to the Golden Grove shopping centre. Food items supplied for breakfast, etc were very much appreciated. This was our 3rd or 4th stay here. Highly recommended.

Great Stay, perfect house

We had a great stay at this property. The house was clean, tidy and has everything we needed for our stay (washing machine / dryer etc). The communication from the property owners was excellent and the provisions left for breakfast were greatly appreciated as we did not realise it was a public holiday when we arrived in Australia and the local supermarkets were closed. We stayed at this property twice during our trip and will certainly stay again in the future.

Fairview Retreat

The property had everything we needed. Very clean with comfortable beds, breakfast provisions and a complimentary bottle of wine. Conveniently located near a small, adequate shopping centre with great coffee and food. A quiet, safe area.

Just as good 2nd time round

This was the 2nd time that we had stayed at Fairview Retreat and we once again found that the facilities suited us perfectly. Sarah was very responsive in accommodating the timing of our stay and we especially appreciated the extra touches - such as providing milk in the fridge and the breakfast ingredients. Thank you. We will likely be looking to stay there again in the future when visiting Adelaide and we feel very comfortable in recommending the property to others.

very clean with such great facilities!

Fantastic location, very clean with all the mod-cons plus all the extra things within the house which makes your stay very comfortable. I have never stayed in a house where the owner is soo thoughtful. Will definitely stay again when we go back to Adelaide. The house is a credit to the owners :)

Excellent house and very well equipped kitchen.

Awesome location and very convenient. Few meters walk away from a major grocery store and a number of small shops and restaurants. If you're stuck without a vehicle, the convenience is extremely nice. The house is well equipped and stocked with essentials, including some basic food, laundry supplies, etc. Only one bathroom but the toilet and shower are in completely different parts of the house (which can be a pro or con, depending on your outlook/needs). The only downside is the lack of Internet. No WiFi available and this is a killer if you're away on business. Not an issue if you have your own hotspot but you need to be aware of this missing feature if it's critical to you. Otherwise a lovely place, quiet, and in a very good/secure/safe neighborhood. Parking right in front of the house on your own driveway.

A lovely clean home away from home. Very comfortable. Pleasantly surprised.

It is rare to stay somewhere that is even better than the website photos indicate. We found everything we needed & much more. The added touch of chocolates, wine, snacks & fresh milk were really appreciated. The beds were comfortable & the linen lovely. We would definitely stay again.

Thoughtfully renovated house with great kitchen. Beds were very comfortable and warm and heater was very effective on some very cold days. Generous breakfast provisions supplied and a shopping centre with takeaway food shops within walking distance. We had four generations of our family staying and found the accomodation suitable for all age groups. Very comfortable and cosy and would love to stay again.

Very evident the host carefully considered the comfort of her guests with hamper of fresh bread and cereal and good quality milk in the fridge. Linen and towels were very clean and good quality, comfortable furniture and everything was clean and tidy.

This property offers everything you would need in a neatly little package. Situated Only minutes walk from a shopping centre, club, eateries and a gym. It's on a quiet street so sleeping in is not a problem either.

Spotless property with a few surprises

Our family was staying in Adelaide for our nieces wedding in a nearby suburb, so the location in Adelaide was perfect. We arrived and found the house in a clean and tidy condition, providing a homely, lived in appearance. Some breakfast items and fresh milk were found in the fridge, so we didnt have to leave the home in the morning to go shopping. We had an excellent stay and would thoroughly recommend the property.
