We stayed for 10 days, if I worked in Adelaide I would buy the place! We walked to downtown, shopping, groceries, parks and attractions. The market 5 minute walk is amazing. I counted over 10 pubs within 1 Kilometre.
The car park is a little narrow but I parked a full size SUV in the space.
I am planning on staying again in the future!
Your most welcome back soon, thanks for leaving the place spotless.
Stay safe n sane

Cute bluestone in the center of everything.
We found the property very comfortable and clean. It is well provisioned with all the cooking equipment you could want. Yes bathroom is very wee, but well designed and functional. Beds were comfy and linens really nice. Driveway is narrow but I managed to get my Toyota CHR in and out with no scrapes and having the off street parking is a boon in the inner city. We would definitely book again.
Quiet, private, central - SO good
This is a comfortable and stylish two bedroom flat/cottage in central Adelaide. Supermarket (IGA), great coffee (Cafe Troppo) and a fantastic wine bar (Cantina Speciale) nearby or literally around the corner. 5-8 min walk away you will find Adelaide Central markets which are well worth visiting. Many divine flavours to be found there.
Add to the pleasure of your stay, two comfortable QS beds, a great kitchen/ fridge/ freezer and a private courtyard. We were lucky with the weather, so we gladly cooked divine market produce at home a couple of times, and ate outdoors.
Needless to say, we are looking forward to returning to this wonderful property and hope it will be already next year. Many many thanks.
Perfection doesn't get any better
From driving up, to walking inside this cottage greeted us with charm. If we weren't saying "Aww" or "Wow" it was "this is so cute." The bedrooms are huge the hallway is wide the kitchen is gorgeously decorated and designed perfectly. The layout of the inside and outside is tastefully done. You will not be disappointed staying here. If we had one thing to complain about it was that we weren't living here. It is just a 5 minute walk to China Town and Adelaide Market. Not even a 10 minutes walk we caught a free tram to Rundell Mall.
Was fantastic, thank you for a clean house!
Easy, great communication, simple process.
