Headland Beach-House & Boat-Shed

Enjoy a quiet easy-going break or surfing holiday. The ultimate Surfers Beach house and Boat-shed set high on the Woolgoolga Headland with funky surf interior and magnificent ocean and island views. With private beach access only metres away, grab your board, walk on the pristine beaches or just relax on the deck watching whales go by.

Only 2 blocks from cozy cafes and restaurants, this is holiday heaven.

BEACH-HOUSE - Room for all the family from $1440 per week!:
Sleeps 6 people comfortably - 2 bedrooms
Booking numbers must not exceed number of beds. BOAT-SHED must also be booked if more than 6 guests or if 3rd bedroom is required - extra charge of $40 per night min.
Bedroom one with 1 queen size bed.
Bedroom two with 1 queen size bed and single bunk bed.
Entry also has single bed to sleep an extra person.

BEACH-HOUSE has fully equipped kitchen complete with dishwasher, microwave and ocean view. Spacious living and dining areas with TV DVD player, stereo and comfy lounges. BBQ facilities and downstairs automatic washing machine and second toilet.

* LINEN IS NOT PROVIDED - YOU WILL NEED TO BRING SHEET SETS/PILLOWCASES AND BATH TOWELS. Pillows - doonas - blankets etc are provided at the property.

We love this holiday stay. The host is generous and takes great care in the wonderful atmosphere created through the interesting arty decor. Comfy beds, spectacular view. A home a way from home. Only one minor thing is the shower head needs to be tightened as the seal has gone. Loved our stay and wish we could have stayed longer.

First and foremost the Host was great in regards to communication. Being an older home it was very cosy and family friendly. Plenty of wildlife in the backyard. Close proximity of the local ships and beaches. The beaches are absolutely stunning and the view from the back balcony and sunriom were fantastic.

Such an incredible place to stay! We could walk to the restaurants in town, but felt a million miles away, up on the headland. It is exactly like the photos and the views are amazing. We saw so many whales from the deck, as well as kangaroos in the backyard. The house was very well equipped and spotlessly clean. Communication with the host and check in process was all great.

Relaxing getaway

Old School, Beach Shack with in lovely location with ocean views. Enough room for us all to spread out and even tho weather wasn't great, we enjoyed hanging out, lots of DVD's to choose from. Nice getaway with friends and family.

Amazing view and a relaxing retreat

We’ve been to Woopi many times but never stayed on that side of the headland. Stunning views from a large balcony, and when it rained, stunning views from lounge room. Very homely, loads of kitchen equipment.

Lovely & comfortable shack but some unwanted visitors and slippery when wet

Both the house & boatshed were comfortable and nicely decorated, I especially loved the shell art. Roomy enough for the 7 of us and extremely well appointed kitchen. The roos and bird visitors were a lovely addition, but the ants and cockroaches were not. Not much you can do about the tiny ants but I was horrified by the roaches. Unfortunately our entire stay was met with fairly consistent wet weather which led to very slippery conditions on the grass, tiled path & timber steps. I suggest a hand rail on the steps up to the boatshed would be beneficial for guests during wet conditions. Possibly also a sensor light to the main entry. Being that the shower is over the bath, a rail or two would assist with getting in and out and reduce the slip/fall risks, especially for the height challenged. I don't mean to come across as overly critical but after a bad fall recently I don't want another one, and I nearly came a cropper a few times at this property. All of that being said, the views were divine, the sounds of the waves crashing were heavenly & the location perfect! Plus Sarah was an attentive host and very easy to deal with.

Vintage Beachshack with stunning views

Very cute cottage with the best views. Clean, quiet, comfortable. The owner has put a lot of thought into the decoration with so many delightful items to capture the eye. Fully kitted out kitchen for self catering and a short walk to cafe's, restaurant and beach. Would love to have had a longer stay.

Great little beach house

Great little beach house which was perfect for our family of 5. Short walk to everything. Our kids loved walking to the beach on both sides and to the park in one day multiple times! Everything was as described in the listing and Sarah was very easy to deal with. Would highly recommend to others! Thanks for accommodating us.

Blissful and relaxing

A very comfortable and rustic place to stay with beautiful views. Loved the decor and furnishings. Many entertainment items provided such as books, videos and games for adults and kids should it be raining, which happened to us. With wet weather you just need to be careful with parking so as to minimise any mess made by cars. Would stay again without doubt.

We were pleasantly surprised arriving at this beautiful beach house which is homely, well appointed and character filled, with a stunning view. Plenty of room for the kids to play and adults to relax. We enjoyed being there on the sunny days and the rainy days. Can’t wait to come back.
