About this property

Seascape 3238 has been totally renovated from top to bottom which includes an all new kitchen, renovated bathrooms, all new flooring and furnishings!! This beautiful three bedroom, two bath villa is just minutes to the beach and to the pool.
Everything you need is here including the "HH Island Rentals Advantage" including 4 beach chairs, a beach cart, beach towels and new kitchen amenities, salt, pepper, cooking spray and season salt.
You'll find the living room and dining room on the main level to be quite spacious and offer new furnishings. Sliding glass doors located just off the living room open to a large deck that overlooks the courtyard area and lagoon. The second floor offers two bedrooms that share a completely remodeled bathroom with a shower and tub. The guest bedroom provides a king size bed and the third guest bedroom has two full size beds. The top floor of this villa is the master suite with a king bed, private bath which has been completely remodeled and includes a double vanity with shower and tub combination. Enjoy the peaceful mornings on the large private balcony overlooking the lagoon. Seascape Villas have a relaxing, sub-tropical feel that offers two salt water swimming pools, walking trails and a series of lagoons with connecting bridges.

Great trip to HHI

Great condo, close to everything. Walk to the beach, Coligny, restaurants and shops. Can’t wait to come back.

Perfect stay

The condo has everything you could want! Nicely updated home with plenty of room. Lovely deck and gas grill. Very short walk to the beach and one of the pools. The owners are very thoughtful providing beach chairs, a wagon and toys for the beach. This is a perfect place for family and friends!

Great location and amenities

Great location and amenities with two neighborhood pools, easy access to the beach and the shops, my only complaints being it wasn't cleaned thoroughly with wrappers and trash left from the previous guests and a very uncomfortable master bedroom mattress.

Lovely week!

Great location! Plenty of space for family of 4. Neighbors could be noisy at times but that's too be expected in a townhouse situation and a lot of steps to master bedroom so might keep that in mind if steps are an issue for you. Loved everything about the location, walked down the street a bit to get our bikes for the week, walked to the beach a few mornings for sunrise. Place was clean and had everything we needed!
