This beautiful sunny second floor condominium is close to everything the Maine seacoast has to offer. Park your car in the spot reserved just for you and don’t think about it again until your trip is over. This place is literally 200 feet away from Trolly stop #36 on the Ogunquit trolley system which will take you to beaches, to dinner, or on your next adventure to wander around town. You can spend your time relaxing by the heated salt water pool or catching a quick game of ping pong in the clubhouse--this place has it all.

This 1,011 square foot get-away has two bedrooms and two baths.The first bedroom has a beautiful king size sleigh bed with plenty of light and room for two people to move around. The second bedroom has bunk beds that feature a queen size matter on the bottom bunk and a full mattress on the top. In addition, there’s also a queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room. Start your day off with a hot cup of coffee on the deck that can be accessed through the kitchen or the master bedroom while you plan your day ahead. Want to start your day off with a morning workout instead? Perfect, the gym in the clubhouse will be the perfect spot to take care of that. After your break a sweat before to clean yourself up in one of two bathrooms that offer luxury rain shower heads along with two others, because it’s always good to have options. What the day will bring you is completely up to you! Before your trip is over throw your laundry in the provided washer and dryer, kept in the second of two bathrooms so as not to disturb your crew while they’re fast asleep. No need to have to do your laundry once you get home.

We provide a great guide full of our tips and tricks to navigate the surrounding area including what restaurants you can’t leave without trying and where to find the best cup of coffee. Come stay with us—all we ask is you leave us one of your memories in in our guestbook.

Some problems but nice location

The heating didn’t work the first two full days we were there. It was timely and annoying to get it fixed while we were there. The owners were responsive to these issues and got them handled as best they could, it was just a frustrating experience. We really liked the location, but the pool was closed for COVID, and we in part chose this location for the pool, so that was disappointing. There were some issues with the TVs and getting access to the streaming services we wanted. And the condo kitchen in particular was dirty when we arrived. Wells is beautiful and we still enjoyed our vacation despite these issues.

Summer Vacation

Awesome stay on the Wells/Ogunquit line for our annual summer vacation in ME. Close to downtown Ogunquit and also close to Wells and Moody beaches! Very nice complex with pool and indoor clubhouse for the kids. Highly recommend

Great condo and location

This was the perfect location for our Girls Weekend to Kennebunkport. It is close proximity to the restaurants and events and the two bedrooms/two bathrooms makes it the perfect size to get everyone rested and moving in the morning.

Girls weekend!

Perfect for four ladies. Beds were very comfortable and the place was very clean. Everything you needed for cooking meals. Shower was great!! The heated pool was enjoyable . Owners have great communication, we had no trouble checking in. Be sure you print your paper work before check in!

Not for you if you have pet allergies

The property is modern and in an ideal location but definitely not for you if you have pet allergies. Although listed as pet free, the owners have a dog and there was dog fur literally everywhere. I swiffered, vacuumed, dusted and covered the couch upon arriving because I couldn’t breathe it was so bad. The bunk beds had no sheets upon arrival so I also had to make both beds. We did have a plumbing issue and the owner had it resolved promptly. The pool was filled with hundreds of gnats and my kids wouldn’t swim there unfortunately. There were several ants in the apartment however I think this is par for the course when staying near the beach. Overall the property nice inside but I would not stay again.
