About this property

Fully renovated four bedroom home with fabulous deck overlooking the bush land reserve and just meters from Jimmy's Beach. This property has four bedrooms, two bathrooms also a brand new kitchen with microwave and dishwasher. This property has plenty of room for cars, boats and jet skis. This property is in easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. Sleeps 9 (2 queens, 2 singles and 1 trio (single on top double on bottom) *strictly no pets* This property does not have WIFI. Local Cafes and Restaurants offer free WIFI.

**Guest need to supply their own linen (sheets & towels). There are blankets doonas and pillows at the property. Linen can be hired from Tea Gardens Laundromat 49971422.

Please be advised should issues with the wifi require a technician it may take some time to rectify due to location.t paper) and basic cleaning products. Linen available for hire from $22 per person*

We do not accept school leaver groups or party groups.

Great house in great location

Well equipped house in a great location. Really close to Jimmy’s beach and walking distance to Bennett’s beach and IGA. The phone reception wasn’t great so we couldn’t use our own data for iPads ect - I think it’s time for the owners to include WiFi. We had a great time here exploring the beautiful Hawks Nest area.

Disappointed

We arrived and the bins were full over Christmas the next day was a public holiday so we were 3 days before the waste was collected. The property was advertised as having air conditioning and it didn’t.. I was offered extra fans! Luckily it wasn’t 40 degrees, I bought this to the attention of the real estate who apologised and corrected the advertisement on stays.

House was perfect. Very clean. Only downside was that there was no Wifi for us to use or any games

The rent was pretty good. Great location and best of all if you ever visit there make sure you go to 2 Fat Bakers Bakery in Myall St they have excellent pies.

Peaceful leafy area close to beach

Beautiful home only 2 mins from Jimmy’s Beach. Bedrooms are spacious with really comfy beds. Well equipped kitchen with plenty of dishes and utensils. Guests need to bring their own linen and toilet paper.
