Delightful three bedroom 2 bathroom townhouse one street back from Bennetts Beach. This property consists of 3 bedrooms tastefully decorated, renovated kitchen with dishwasher and microwave, two modern bathrooms, timber dining setting for 10, open plan lounge area, internal laundry, this property also has a games room set up in the garage, There is an outdoor barbecue area, the property has access to the Aquarius Apartments swimming pool and barbecue area as well. Reverse cycle air-conditioning. Very close to restaurants, cafes, shops and bar. WIFI available

*Guest need to supply their own linen (sheets & towels). There are blankets doonas and pillows at the property. Linen can be hired from Tea Gardens Laundromat 49971422.

Good location

Property was tidy. A few cockroaches around. The blind in the 3rd bedroom was broken. Although property says it has access to the pool, the pool is not on the property itself and too far for little kids to walk to.
