- It is the guest’s responsibility to unplug the lights before entering the water
- Use of any provided equipment is at your own risk. Owner does not guarantee the safety or working condition of the items (canoe, kayaks, trampoline, life
jackets, etc.)
- The cleaning fee includes cleaning the property and linen preparations (sheets, towels, etc)
- Your safety matters. This property features 7 exterior security cameras. Camera 1 is located at the garage, camera 2 is facing the driveway, camera 3 is located at the front door, camera 4 is facing the side of the house, camera 5 is facing the upper deck steps, camera 6 faces the lower deck steps, and camera 7 is at the dock facing storage door and boats. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into any interior spaces. All cameras are motion sensitive and record video and sound for 30 seconds when motion is detected
