Slide back the doors onto the terrace that overlooks the pool area below, take a deep breath of the Sunshine Beach sea air and simply relax. The open-plan concept on living area creates an easy flow throughout and is lovingly furnished with eye-catching art pieces.
A private deck with BBQ for your personal use is located off the lounge and kitchen area. This is undercover making it usable during all weather conditions.

The two story Villa features an open-concept living area, contrasting textures and patterns, earth tones with travertine stone throughout, a flowing deck from the lounge, and a separate breakfast or dining space. Wash off from a day at the beach with a dip in the pool and then listen to the waves roll into Sunshine Beach from the deck whilst enjoying your holiday.

Lower level: The master bedroom has a King bed plus ensuite bathroom with shower and toilet.
The second bedroom with louver features has twin singles for families (can be pushed together as a King bed), with a 2nd bathroom servicing the second bedroom.
The private plunge pool is for the exclusive use of guests of The Villa.
Laundry facilities include washing machine and dryer.
For guests comfort we have Air-Conditioning and ceiling fans throughout

Airport: Sunshine Coast Airport - this is the closest airport to Noosa, located half an hour's drive south in Maroochydore. Direct flights operate from Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne to the Sunshine Coast multiple times a day.

Please note: Stairs need to be considered for small children and toddlers.

Pets - Pet Friendly Fee - there is a $150 per dog fee - all dogs on application and then approval.
There are also common sense pet rules that we kindly ask our guests to abide by when bringing their dog to our pet friendly holiday properties.
