Enjoy indoor/outdoor living at its best, with the sounds of the ocean, breeze in the trees, and birds all around the property.

The kitchen is a more traditional style beach house kitchen, with open shelving, electric free standing oven and cook-top, plenty of cooking pots and pans and microwave (no dishwasher.)

The adjoining North facing deck has BBQ and outdoor furniture, and is sheltered from the South Westerly winds.
Downstairs are the three bedrooms, main bathroom with shower and toilet, and ensuite bathroom off the master bedroom. There are electric blankets on all beds, and additional heating downstairs for winter warmth.

Enhanced by a beautifully landscaped garden, featuring a range of Australian native plants, the garden and grounds attracts many birds and wildlife such as echidna's, koalas and wallabies.
