About this property

Modern beach house with ocean views

This is a gorgeous beach house with spectacular beach and ocean views. It features a large deck from which to enjoy the views. There are also excellent views from inside the house via large picture windows - from the living room, dining area and main bedroom. The kitchen and bathroom are brand new.

Heating is supplied by a new aircon unit and wood stove. The bathroom has its own heating including wall heater, heated towel rail and floor heating. Each bedroom has an electric wall heater.

There are three bedrooms. Bedroom one has a very comfortable queen size bed and has direct ocean views. It opens to the deck. Bedroom two has a queen size bed and looks onto the garden. The third bedroom has a double bunk with large size single mattresses. All rooms have in built storage and easy access space for bags. The house has one bathroom and the house is ideally suited to 4 people but can accomodate 6.

The kitchen is new with brand new appliances. It includes an induction stove, Miele oven and features corian bench tops.

The dining area has a beautiful wooden table and looks straight down to the Wye River beach.

The lounge has a very comfy 'King' sofa, a cosy Jindarra wood burner heater and a large wall mounted Samsung TV and Blue ray DVD player.

The beach house is only 5 to 8 minutes walk to the beach, store and pub.

The owner is available at all times by phone.

Comfort with a Great View

This Stayz home has been cleverly renovated. The large picture windows across the living areas frame a beautiful view of Wye Beach and make the home feel very spacious. Glass balustrades around the front balcony ensure the view is not interrupted and provide a cosiness to sitting out on tge balcony. It has all the appointments and little extras that make a holiday comfortable from electric blankets to a wood fire to all the necessary kitchen appliances and board games. The host is very helpful and responsive. Would highly recommend.

We recently stayed in this house and loved everything about it - the location is fantastic with very easy access to the beach and the general store. The deck is a wonderful place to stay on a sunny day.

Magnificent Location

We have been staying down at Wye River for the last 15 years staying at various properties on both sides of the river. John's house location was fantastic for the little legs of my youngest to walk to the General Store or Beach while also comfortable enough to be well away of the Hussle and bustle. The property was clean and well presented and the view was magnificent. I well and truly recommend this property.

Wonderful Property with a Wonderful Host

My family and I had a lovely and restful 5 days down at Wye River thanks to our host John. The property has everything you could need, from the kitchen to electric blankets on each bed - our stay was nothing but comfortable. The view of the beach is impeccable and nothing in Wye is further than a 5 minute walk. John was a brilliant host throughout the entire process. When I had technical difficulties during the booking process he was there to help and was accessible via phone throughout our stay. I have nothing but positive things to say about this property. My family and I will definitely be returning for another relaxing weekend in the future. Thank you John.
