Outdated.

Bathrooms are clean but toilets are small(child size). Appliances appear to be 15+ yrs old. Washing machine is rusty inside. Dryer door won't stay closed during use. Marks on walls. Stained/paint rugs. Poorly repaired linoleum. USB electrical outlets are inexpensive but would be nice. Communication is non-existent on weekends absent on "emergency". Update the property please.
