Dragonfly Barn - Kerikeri - Beautiful Rural Views

Dragonfly Barn was built in 2019 for Holiday Accommodation in Kerikeri set in 10 acres. NO TRADES PEOPLE -The main Barn has 2 x bedrooms sleeping up to 4 guests with all facilities needed for a self catering holiday - an added bonus of extra accommodation is available if needed next door - with use of a 3rd bedroom & bathroom at the side of the main barn it sleeps 2 more guests - Book for 5 /6 guests to have use of this area.
THIS SMALLER UNIT is available if needed for an extra cost from the main barn booking - the added extra is $75 PER BED - PER NIGHT . Business colleagues can use this if needing separate bedrooms just enquire with Tracey .
All decorated throughout to a very high standard, fully furnished with polished concrete floors, fully fitted kitchen, wood burner, panel heaters in bedrooms. Bathrooms include showers, heated towel rails, toilets, basins. Dragonfly Barn is all fully insulated with double glazing, wrap around veranda, outside seating, own parking area.
There is even a small walking track down into the woodland and bottom paddocks.

Please be aware of our large pond & we ask that no guests use a drone for flying or photography while staying with us.

Kerikeri Town has lots of wonderful amenities, including great cafes & Restaurants, plenty of takeaway meals too. You will find great places to visit, The Stone Store & Basin Area, Rainbow Falls & Walking Track, Makana Chocolate Factory & Chocolate Cafe, The Old Packhouse Markets are awesome which are held at the weekends, Saturdays especially as its only for local fresh food & locally made Art and Craft Stalls.
Nearby places that are only approx 20 mins away, the stunning Matauri Bay, Beach Town resort of Paihia, Waitangi Treaty Grounds, Waitangi Mountain Bike Park, visit Russell a short drive from Paihia and cross on the car ferry or use the foot ferry from Paihia wharf, where you can also access all the boat trips out into the stunning Bay of Islands.

Highly recommend Dragonfly Barn. We didn’t want to leave! Great rural location but only minutes from town. Dragonfly Barn has everything you could need for a very comfortable stay as well as being clean and very well presented.We stayed in winter and it was cosy with the fire.The hosts are thoughtful and communication was easy.Thank you for a great stay!

We spent a week visiting family. The cottage is lovely, clean, has a kitchen with all you need and a log heater which was cosy in the wet weather. Quiet with a nice outlook. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Simply stunning!

Our stay at Dragonfly Barn was truly wonderful. We felt totally relaxed the minute that we arrived and the hospitality of the hosts was superb. The views and the surroundings are wonderful and the accomodation itself is of an excellent standard. We could not fault this property and we would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to visit KeriKeri, the surrounding areas and The Bay of Islands. We will definitely plan to return.

Kerikeri Dragon Fly Barn Stay

We all had such an awesome time. Beautiful house with amazing views and even its own forest track you can walk through. Our children aged 1 and 3 loved it. Tracey was a great host. We were there for Christmas and she had left us some Xmas decorations and treats. I would highly recommend the Dragon Fly to people and Keri Keri as a summer holiday location.

Dragonfly Barn was such a good choice for us. It was clean and beautifully presented, included welcoming touches such as treats and attractive furnishings and offered views and surroundings that were impressive. As it was winter, we loved the wood burner and the supplies of wood etc to keep things cosy. We met Tracey briefly on arrival and immediately felt at ease. Really good accommodation!

Right from the word go the booking process to getting in touch with the owner was very easy. The place is breathtakingly gorgeous!! Tracey leaves a taonga for guests and I adore it, she is one talented wahine. Every inch of the barn is immaculate and inviting… the artwork and sculptures are stunning!! We had 6-7 people and we were all really comfortable, Tracey thinks of everything right down to gifting Vogels bread for brekkie 100% recommend booking here, we will certainly do the trip again, the 5 hr drive was worth it A

This space has everything you need to live comfortably away from your own home. The house was clean and tidy and we'll laid out. It has enough rooms and space for 6 people. The views are amazing. We had the most amazing stay at Dragonfly Barn. It is perfect in every way. We wanted to get away from the city and the only thing you can hear here and see is nature at its finest. Tracey and Phil have really done an amazing job with this place everything well thought out and eco friendly. We didn't need anything and it's spotless! Super friendly and easy to communicate with 😊 We are definitely going to be back. Perfect place to be based while checking out the beautiful of Northland.

Perfect place to stay in Kerikeri

This was a pristine place in a perfect spot just out of Kerikeri town. We had everything we needed for our stay and a lovely welcome basket of treats on arrival. A lot of care has gone in to making Dragonfly Barn so nice, we couldn’t recommend it more highly. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to be back.
