Beautiful view!

Although the weather was cool for 1/2 our stay the beach days were great! Other days, great shopping nearby. Very close to the beach and several great restaurants! The ocean view was spectacular! Nice condo! (I’d do white curtains though - much brighter!)

Spring Break

Stayed there for spring break with my teen son and daughter. Perfect location and unit. Nice views of the ocean and strip from the balcony. Proximity to restaurants and private access to the beach made everything easy. Great combination of family time, plus kids spending time with their friends that were also there on spring break.

Beautiful Gulf View

This wonderful condo was spotless and had a terrific view of the Gulf. It would be easy to hang out on the balcony all day. We were in walking distance of several restaurants and shops, but best of all, we were just across the road from the beach. The management was very responsive and keeps this condo in great shape.

Always enjoy

Been going to this condo last couple of years Always pleased The condo doesn't have the round table on the patio anymore which was a disappointment because we loved having our breakfast on the balcony past years and if there are more then 2 in your group not enough seating to eat But besides that we had a great time Will return

4th floor corner - great location. Wish we could have enjoyed the deck more.Deck needs some serious attention. Furniture is dangerous. Very rusty and dirty and beach supplies are very dirty and old. Floor doesn't look like it's ever cleaned.Nice condo decor but could use some updates especially the window treatments. They are very dusty and look dirty. We have been coming to Gulf Place for 8 years......we miss the old Santa Rosa. Soon you will not be able to see the ocean from the condo decks because of the tall homes. not the same without Sunrise Coffee ....... the new elevator is great!!

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave a review — we truly appreciate the feedback! We're glad you chose to stay with us and hope you enjoyed your time. We wanted to let you know that we replaced the patio furniture in mid-May, so guests can now enjoy a fresh outdoor setup. We've also noted your comment about the window treatments and will make sure our team gives those a thorough dusting during the next clean. We hope to welcome you back soon — it would be a pleasure to host you again!

Nice little condo-well thought out spaces. Lovely views of the gulf.

Washer/dryer in common area but for once, adequate space to hang bath towels so they could be used several times. Nice porch with lovely views of the gulf. Children loved pool area/short walk to beach. Only downside, misunderstanding about possible stairs to beach-over 30 stairs made access for spouse with knee problems difficult.

Thanks for taking the time to review your stay. We agree the views of the Gulf are lovely. There are 4 different beach accesses including the public access which is less than a 2 minute walk and it has a handicap ramp down to the beach. We would love to have you back anytime.
