Dining area, living room with flat screen smart tv with cable channels, sofa, loveseat and coffee table in living room.

Kitchen is fully equipped with all you need to cook meal; pans/pots, dishwasher, range with oven, microwave , refrigerator, coffeemaker...
Screened lanai is facing beautiful pond with the fountain.
For laundry:washer/dryer inside closet on lanai.
Unit located on 2nd Floor of an Elevator building.
Free parking: assigned car port plus good size Storage for bikes and beach chairs & umbrella.
At complex you’ll find few pools - one is Jr Olympic size heated; few pickle ball /shuffleboard/tennis courts ; nice gym with tv; boardwalk along Roberts Bay, easy access to the popular Legacy Trail for biking/walking or running. Close to beaches, historic downtown, theater, boutiques for shoppers and many restaurants.
The community is beautifully maintained with sidewalk that meander by several ponds, lovely foliage and landscaping.
If you enjoy golf-there is challenging Executive golf course across the street.
The Warm Mineral Springs only 20 minutes drive.

Great for Snowbirds

We loved our stay at Bird Bay! Such a welcoming community. Nadya’s place was great and the location was fantastic. We had a few issues, but Nadya responded quickly and took care of the problems. So many positives to this condo. Loved the water view. The only reason I didn’t give it a 5, was because the couches were very uncomfortable and the carpeting could use updating.
