We had a lovely stay The views are superb. Once we parked our cars we had no need to use them for our whole weeks stay. Many places to eat right down stairs or a 5 minute walk away is the Tav and surf club. Easy walking distance to caloundra main drag and IGA also.

You can't get better if you want close to the beach. Just about everything you need is here. Local eateries are close and good but you will just want to sit and watch the whales and ships go by from the balcony.

Best stay in a holiday home

We had one of the best stays we have ever had in a holiday home. The property is incredibly well located, the facilities in the resort and the unit are top notch and everything Caloundra has to offer is in easy walking distance. We relaxed and watched whales frolic just off shore. Truly incredible.

Fantastic week in a wonderfully located apartment at King’s Beach. Beautifully presented with all the amenities you could wish for. The private roof terrace overlooking the sea is the icing on the cake. Highly recommended!

Amazing apartment

We had a wonderful time in this apartment. Very well stocked & perfect for our young family. We loved that we didn’t have to cross a road to get to the beach & there were cafes & places to eat underneath the building. Julie’s communication was outstanding. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Perfect Christmas Stay

We rented the penthouse apartment for a week over Christmas and it was the perfect place to stay for our family. The beds were so comfortable, amazing showers and both kitchens (including rooftop) were very well equipped to cook and BBQ there. The view though is the highlight…. From the balcony but especially the roof. The perfect spot to watch the waves and boats go past. We loved our trip and would definitely recommend!

Happiness Splurge

The location could not be better, right on beach overlooking ocean. The kids went boogie boarding each day, I enjoyed walks on the boardwalk and watching dolphins in the ocean. One of my daughters remarked that we “splurged on happiness”. Gorgeous views from the penthouse and the manager, Julie, was very responsive and helpful. We can’t wait to return!

Amazing and idyllic spot for a family beach holiday.

Great location with Kings Beach literally on the front door plus cafes etc. Beautiful aspect from the huge veranda and lovely to have the sliding doors open for the sound of waves and sea breezes to come in. The roof top area is so good anytime of the day. The unit is well appointed - our stay was very comfortable and the property manager was fabulous - made the process very easy for us. We will be back for sure. 😊

Perfect!

From the first contact with the owners via email to our stay and departure the process was seamless. The location is magnificent, walk straight onto a pristine beach and a comfortable walk along a boardwalk to shops, restaurants etc. The penthouse was immaculate in both deign and cleanliness. Had we not had prior commitments, we would have extended our stay. The attention to detail was exemplary. In short the entire experience was faultless. We would stay there again without hesitation.

The perfect getaway

We stayed here with family and friends (6 adults and 2 children) for 4 nights. None of us could get over the amazing view from both the living area and the huge private rooftop. The description of the property is truly accurate, the beach is just downstairs and the area has a wonderful atmosphere. The apartment itself was extremely clean and catered for everything you could need with plenty of space, cooking gear/cutlery and linen. The fully equipped kitchen on the rooftop is an added bonus as you don’t have to cart anything up or down. You wouldn’t need to leave the property if you didn’t want to! Julie was so helpful from booking to checkout and very quick to reply to any queries. I absolutely recommend this penthouse for the most relaxing holiday, we can’t wait to go back!

Beach side holiday 2021

We were looking for a getaway to catch up with our family and we loved this beach front apartment so much, It was extremely clean and had everything we could ask for and more. The location could not have been better. The apartment was very welcoming and comfortable with stunning views. The grand children were very excited when we were able to track whales moving north just off the coast. Three good sized bedrooms, clean and fresh. The upstairs undercover roof top area was a terrific space to gather for a BBQ with everything you might need provided and the space was all ours. We were able to just relax have a wine or two and enjoying the amazing view. Our host Julie has been nothing but accommodating and helpful. She had excellent communication with us and was very understanding making the check in and out process easy with clear instructions to follow. The underground car parks and lift was easy to access. Nothing was a problem. We look forward to returning in the not too distant future. Thanks again Julie.

Love, love and love this fabulous unit. I did not want to leave and now dream of owning such a property. The views are brilliant, the location could not of been better and bedding was high end, cosy and extremely comfortable. The roof top is absolutely brilliant! Four different seating options, amazing views and equipped with everything you need. Julie, the owner, is the nicest person I have ever dealt with when organising a place to stay. Magnificent view

We had a wonderful holiday with the most magnificent view of the beach from the balcony and rooftop. The layout of the unit cleverly takes advantage of the beach view, and the unit was spacious and very clean.
