Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Turn off air-conditioning unit and turn off all fans
If the BBQ was used, ensure it is thoroughly cleaned to avoid an additional $50 cleaning fee. Turn off gas on BBQ bottle.
Leave garage door remote on kitchen bench.
