Better than the photos convey. Clean and comfy with lovely views. Short walk to the beach. Easy space to be in with lounge / kitchen area a focal point and multiple outdoor spaces making the most of the aspect
Lovely property, excellent location. Everything you need in a holiday home. We took our dogs as booked it because it came up as pet friendly on site, but dot point in fridge stated no pets, so we were very confused. Had no option but to stay as was Xmas, but be good to either take the listing off dog friendly sites, or remove notice on fridge. We ensured to clean up all traces of dogs before leaving
The cabin is a fabulous stay - well appointed, clean and very comfortable, with outdoor areas for different wind directions (a must for Tassie). Gorgeous views over the bay. We'll be back, I hope!
We enjoyed our stay in this comfortable well set up property. It was a relaxing place to be with water views and beautiful scent of jasmine in the garden. Thank you for being dog friendly place to stay 😊
A short walk from the beach with a lovely garden and a well appointed house, comfortable beds. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with our dog who was also catered for with the secure yard. 🐕
House easy to find, very cosy and well fitted out.t
We enjoyed our stay at cockatoo cabin and will recommend the cabin to our friends. The cabin was only a short walk from the beautiful beach. We loved that we could take our dog with us. The cabin was comfortable and the gardens well kept. Thank you for having us.
Very relaxed, great location, multiple decks to make the most of the views. Comfortably furnished.
Bit worried about what may be built in front?
Only one suggestion. Fully secure the road side fence so guests and dogs can enjoy the whole garden which must be magnificent in Spring/Summer.
The photos really don’t do the property justice. Beautiful views, great deck, comfortable and everything you need inside, great space for the dog, great location. We enjoyed our 4 days very much and will certainly be back.

Awesome trip. Really impressed with the house. Ocean and lagoon views from the open lounge/kitchen area and most of all loved the deck for unwinding of an evening. We were fortunate to spot a pod of dolphins off Cozy Corner through our binoculars whilst enjoying a wine one night! Our dog was in heaven in the large and secure backyard. Huge driveway was great for securely parking our boat. You could easily park 4 cars off the street if holidaying with family. Beach, lagoon and cafe are all a very short walk. Will be back again!

basic but immaculate
The house is a masterpiece of 80's decor: salmon pink paint, coloured slate floors (& shower walls!), pine, pine, pine, grungy carpet, old blankets and flimsy non-noise-proof doors... but to be fair, the linen was good and the garden is gorgeous (would be great for little kids and is well contained with lots of covered verandah so really good for a dog too). Whoever does the cleaning is OCD - the place was immaculate, which is not easy with old decor. You can see the beach but the view is obstructed by a fibro house. The position is pretty good, directly up behind the only cafe/restaurant and walking distance to beach (up a reasonable hill!). We paid $620 for 2 nights on a long weekend, which included a compulsory $90 cleaning fee, a $60 child fee and a $50 dog fee! I think this is expensive for the house and have had better value in Binalong Bay paying the same amount for a place with spritzy new bathrooms and an amazing view...having said that, we couldn't take the dog.

Satisfactory for three
There was a nasty sink leak in kitchen and a window and sliding door were awkward to close securely. Nice outlook from the back and LOVED the garden a d rabbits. A pleasant stay.
