One of the best properties we have stayed at. Warm and welcoming, the most spectacular view and lovely and clean. Great checkin process and communication with owners. Cannot wait to return.
Our family had an amazing weekend experience. The property is in the perfect location and met all our needs. The house is very spacious and has outstanding views.
Once again this property does not disappoint. So tranquil and relaxing with an amazing view. Had a great stay cay for the end of the holidays will be back again
It’s great ,had everything you could think of
Very homely
Just a shame not more double beds rather than so many single beds , then more couples could stay
The house is both beautiful inside and out could have asked for a better location. The house is very accommodating and has everything you need. We are looking forward to returning Soon
It’s home from home for us. Third year in a row we’ve stayed here and we will come back next year too if the house is available. We love everything about it. The view is incomparable. Guilderton is a lovely place.
Just the holiday we needed. The house was absolutely beautiful. All things were considered in terms of safety for the kids. They even supplied a high chair, cutlery and bowls for toddlers. We didn’t have to worry about anything while in the house. The location was the top thing about this property. The best views of the river and inlet. We just couldn’t stop admiring the view. We were so lucky to be able to have a family holiday in such a great location. Close to the café and general store too. Thank you for having us. We will definitely be back if we can!
A short walk to the estuary for a swim. Helpful & responsive hosts. The house is quiet to sleep in and very neat. If you are a late riser or have young kids then you might want to bring along some blockout or alfoil for the bedroom windows because the timber venetian blinds, whilst nice to look at, allow a lot of light into the room. Otherwise, a very comfortable stay and great hosts.
We had a great time, the whole booking and check in process was easy, communication was great. The house was beautiful, had everything we needed, great convenient location, we loved our stay
Awesome property was a girls weekend away couldn’t have picked the more perfect spot. House was everything and more fantastic views, peaceful surroundings. Highly recommend
The best and friendliest house I've stayed in anywhere in the world. Wonderful location, directly overlooking the Moore River estuary, with a view and the sound of the sea beyond. Welcoming, easy to live in, light, brilliantly equipped, charming house. Thoughtful layout - big bright kitchen and open plan sitting/dining area, cosy spacious loft and veranda on the first floor, two big beautiful bathrooms and a second separate toilet, lots of roomy bedrooms and comfortable beds to choose from! We took our own sheets and towels (which was no problem) but everything else we needed was provided. The host Rod Lake was most happy to answer any questions we had. We had a perfect three days. Thank you!
Best location. Fantastic house - pics don't do it justice!
Has everything you need, just pack a couple of board games for the kids. We will definitely book this property again.
