We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely property. It was located right where we wanted to be and it really is a 10/10Everything we needed was there and the property was well equipped and suited for our stay. Our stay was in wet and windy weather so we did not get to the beach but had it been clear, warm and sunny, the walk to the beachside is very close by. We would recommend this property to anyone and would definitely book it again if we’re in the area

Big place, small plot...

On the Internet this property looked great, and it is great. It was a bit big for just two of us but the extra space gave us a breather, some relaxing time after nearly 8 weeks touring Australia.

A really lovely property at a wonderful location. The house was very comfortable, quiet area and had everything we needed. Would highly recommend this for a holiday getaway. Even the booking was easy.

It may be the end of the line…..

but Yanchep is a really nice place. Not a thriving hub of activity but a great starting point for visiting the sights of WA. Perth is less that a hour away on a ridiculously cheap but reliable train service. Our house met our requirements perfectly & cannot be faulted. Thanks.

The house was beautiful and well equipped with everything you could need. A lovely view, short walk to the beach and quiet neighbourhood, it is situated perfectly. Communication from the host was spot on. Thanks for a fantastic stay!

A beautiful house with plenty of space for the family. All the rooms and living areas were and nicely presented. John made the whole booking and checking-in process very easy and was helpful with any questions I had. We will definitely be staying again!

Wow!!!

Wow, what can we say; the property was absolutely gorgeous and in a fantastic location, especially for kids...2 lovely playgrounds only a couple of minutes walk in either direction and a gorgeous beach at the end of the road. John has thought of absolutely everything you could need for a house stay and our only negative was having to leave - we really wished we'd have had more time there!! Thank you for allowing us to spend time in your beautiful property John, we only hope that we will be able to return to WA soon and will definitely be back in touch for another stay. Beautiful location

We really enjoyed our stay at Johns property. It was a nice spacious house. We didnt feel like we were living on top of each other. Location was perfect, it's such an easy walk to the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

Oasis in Yanchep

John and Daphne couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. The house is gorgeous, well appointed with high end appliances. Close walk to the beach. Great outdoor areas to soak in the sea air or the balcony to watch the sunset. I didn't want for anything and it was such a comfortable getaway.
