Beachside holiday home in quiet fishing village.Pet friendly.
Quiet friendly area, 2 minutes walk to the beach, shops, cafes, and all amenities close by. Separate access and room for 3 cars. Pet friendly fully enclosed garden complete with dog bed and water/food bowls. Modern and well-equipped kitchen. Separate laundry with access to back garden. Open plan living with flat screen TV. Glass sliding patio doors overlooking the paved front area. 2 Bathrooms with shower, wash basin and toilet, all towels, shampoo, conditioner and bodywash provided. Master bedroom with queen bed, double wardrobe, chest of drawers and double futon (which can be used in the main living area). Ensuite bathroom. 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have king single beds, wardrobes and chest of drawer. Air Con in Living area, ceiling fans in all bedrooms.

Why they chose this property
Just a short stroll to the beach. Great coffee at the local cafe's. Friendly locals. Relaxed atmosphere. Train line 10 minutes away in Yanchep and you can be in the city in 45 minutes to explore the many places of interest.
What makes this property unique
Sitting at the end of a small no-through road so no noisy traffic. Lovely quiet beach at the end of the road to surf, paddle, swim or just sit back and read a book.
