A magnificent, recently renovated sea-view villa with beautiful, modern furnishings from America, England and France, a fully equipped kitchen, a 4m deep pool and and botanical garden.
The villa is perfectly placed in a quiet neighbourhood, ideal for a family vacation and 25 minutes away from Nice Airport (via the highway). The beach is just ten minutes away, and the Antibes town centre is 15 minutes away. A supermarket and a traditional french boulangerie are both within five minutes drive.
The house has three levels. The entire top floor is the master floor, consisting of the bedroom, bathroom, closets and a private balcony showcasing spectacular views over the Cap d’Antibes. The bathroom has both a bath and a shower, along with a double sink and heated floors.
The ground floor contains the kitchen with a outdoor barbecue, a living room with a fireplace, a breakfast room and glass conservatory housing a dining table with a beautiful view of the gardens, two bedrooms, a full-sized bathroom and a guest toilet. There is one kids’ bedroom with two twin beds and a guest bedroom with a queen sized bed, accompanied by a bathroom. The full-sized bathroom has a double sink and a luxurious rain shower. The kitchen is custom-made and fully equipped with a coffee machine, a toaster, a kettle, a dishwasher and a full set of glassware and cutlery.
The bottom floor consists of two guest bedrooms with queen-sized beds and full-sized bathrooms with a TV room and a utility room containing a washing machine, a dryer and an ironing board with an iron.
The large, private, outdoor pool is approximately 4m x 6m with a depth of 4m and a diving board.
The territory is divided into several levels including an outdoor terrace with a table and an extendable canopy, a paved patio with a bench overlooking the sea and a rose garden with over 250 roses of different colours.
There is an outdoor garage for one car and a winding driveway that can accommodate at least five more cars. The whole territory is overlooked by beautiful pine trees.

Sanctuary in Antibes

Galina was a fantastic host - welcoming relaxed and considerate. The house is simply stunning with beautiful gardens, a view that photos simply cannnot do justice to and a wonderful pool. Inside the house is beautifully decorated yet comfortable and relaxing. I couldn’t recommend this wonderful house highly enough.

Our Stay at Villa RoseMarine

We had a wonderful time at Villa Rosemarine. Everything about it was perfect. Galina met us on arrival and explained how everything worked and then we were left to enjoy the beautiful villa, gardens and pool. The Villa was very clean, spacious and the grounds are stunning. The kitchen is very well equipped with a big bbq so we spent a lot more time at the villa than expected. I would definitely recommend and will definitely be going back. Thankyou Galina!

Absolutely lovely Antibes home!!

Stayed here with our family, breathtaking views of the Mediterranean! Master suite is amazing. Very secure, host was fantastic. Kids loved the pool (but slightly cool during our stay in early June). Would recommend renting a car if staying here. Not very walkable. We had 2 cars and it was fine. Would ABSOLUTELY recommend this beautiful home!! (The pictures don't even do it justice)

Lovely Villa in Antibes

We stayed in this beautiful villa with 3 other couples for a week. The house is gorgeous - perfectly decorated, immaculate and surrounded by meticulous landscaping. It is situated in a safe and peaceful area of Antibes. The kitchen was lacking nothing. We enjoyed gathering around both the patio table and the large dining table in the conservatory for our meals. Galina was kind enough to recommend a personal chef for us to hire to prepare a meal for us one night - a special treat and a great evening! She was a great communicator from the onset and stayed in touch with us throughout our stay. It is important to be aware that the bedrooms are located on 3 floors and the various steps may be difficult for people with mobility issues.
