A beautiful four bedroom beach house separated from the sandy beach of Carrickalinga's North Bay by Gold Coast Drive.

The upper level comprises the master bedroom with ensuite and spa, a large open plan kitchen, dining room and a large family room opening to a generous deck with panoramic water and beach views and BBQ.

The lower level comprises three bedrooms, a large bathroom, well appointed laundry and a substantial rumpus room.

Queen size bed upstairs with one double and three single beds and a bunk bed downstairs.

Two Car Garage and parking for another two cars offroad complete the package.

Perfect beach holiday

There is always a risk with having a cool weather in SA when booking a beach holiday, however we were very lucky with having a hot spell during our stay. It is a perfect place for this with beach just in front of the property and hot outdoor shower is the best idea for not bringing all the sand inside the house.

Family Catch up

What an impressive property, plenty of room for everyone. We let our parents in their 80s stay in the master bedroom upstairs with the magnificent views. The upstairs level is as good as it gets with everything you could ask for and very much on trend. The path to the beach is straight in front of the house which tempts you to go for a swim or a walk. A little more expensive than other 2 storey houses on Gold Coast Drive but well worth it, you won’t be disappointed.

Large, comfortable home with fantastic beach views.

We enjoyed using the generous entertainers kitchen, relaxed lounge areas and balcony all with sunset views. Less than a two minute walk to the beautiful Carrickalinga beach. Very spacious for 8 people. Owners were very helpful and we will hopefully stay again.

All we wished for in a property

We - five adult family members - had a relaxed week here, swimming beachcombing, dolphin- watching, talking, reading and visiting more family in a house nearby. Owners were helpful and the property ideal for our purposes.
