Strictly - No Parties or Events

For your convenience we include a welcome pack of consumables like coffee pods, tea bags and sugar along with dishwashing tablets, detergent and basic cooking condiments.

Please note we have a minimum two night stay for weekends, except for peak periods and this varies between 3 or 4 nights

Linen is provided for King bed only. All other pillows, duvets, duvet covers and mattress protected are provided, as are tea towels, hand towels and bath mats. Please bring your own flat and fitted sheets, pillow cases, bath towels and beach towels.

Linen and towels can be supplied on request for an additional $20 per bed.

Security cameras are on the outside of the property. Located at both entries and upstairs and downstairs on the southern end of the property to view the road and driveway. Footage will be view to ensure that the nominated number of guests are staying and/or if there is a local complaint.

Nice interior open floor plan that has warmth, Gt bedroom arrangement with good sheeting All in all a terrific new build that had it all with views out to the golf course and beyond to the see! Perfect

Lovely place to stay

Overall, the home was wonderful, modern, super clean and spacious, it was well equipped, had everything you needed. Bbq was great to use as well. Beds were comfy and plenty to do for our young children. the view was so lovely to wake up to, great spacious dining table and lounge for large groups. Would 100% recommend 😊
