TOP LEVEL:
The Great Room has an abundance of natural light captured by vaulted ceiling skylights and window views to the east and west. The staircase divides the space between the living and dining areas which allows space for different family members to spend time together. The living room has comfortable seating, a flat screen TV and access to the oceanside decks. The dining table (seats 10) and kitchen island (seats 4) ensures all family members can eat together. The kitchen features dual wall ovens, a cooktop and is fully-equipped to make meals for dining in! Guests may choose to “eat out,” meaning outdoors on the screened porch with picnic table while enjoying the refreshing ocean breeze. Early risers in the family can see the sun rise while sipping their morning beverage at the breakfast table (seats 4). A half bath is in the hallway. This top level has 2 King Master Suites, each with outside deck access to see the ocean and surrounding nature. The first master bath has a separate shower and soaking tub; the other master bath has a shower. [Note: gas fireplace is not available for guest use.]

ENTRY LEVEL:
The King Master Suite has deck access to the front porch and its master bath has a shower/tub combo. A Bunk bedroom has both a Pyramid Bunk and regular Bunk Bed Set. The fifth bedroom has a Queen and a single Twin bed which share a hallway bath (shower) with the Bunk bedroom. Family members may end up spending most of their week between the comfortable den with kitchenette, flat-screen TV. The hot tub is located next to the slider doors off this room. The second half bath is on this level. There is parking for 4-5 vehicles in the driveway.

EXTRAS:
Outdoors, there is a park-style charcoal grill and a large private saltwater pool measuring 12' x 25' (pool open May to mid-October; pool heat available for an additional fee) with plenty of room for relaxation and sunning. Don't forget, access to the beach access is just 25 feet away to claim your spot at this beautiful beach home that has everything to make your vacation memorable! Silver Creek offers membership to the Southern Shores Civic Association which features access to the Hillcrest parking lot, community tennis/pickleball courts, parks, and soundside water access.
