Clareview-Coffs Harbour

New on Stayz!!!! No one walks in the house with out saying WOW!!!!!!!!!!!! Large open plan living , 5 bedroom house, with large glass bi-folds that open to the harbour-view balcony, allowing indoor-outdoor living. Large open kitchen with all modern and gas cooking appliances. Now with Aircon and heating in the main living area and Bedrooms.

The house sleeps 8/12:
-Upstairs: main room- 1x queen with ensuite, 1x queen, 2 x double room, main bathroom, kitchen, balcony and living area with Aircon though out.
-Down stairs: 1x queen, bathroom (with Aircon), lounge with fold-out sofabed and a laundry opening to outdoor harbour-view shower and courtyard.

Perfect for large families, Two-families or just a place to feel like home. Downstairs is also perfect for allowing a couple their space away from the main part of the house. (or to send the kids)

We are dog friendly. I don't have a fenced yard so house dogs only.


Location And Attractions:

A perfect Location, (and very central) in the beautiful Coffs Harbour Jetty.

Amazing views over the harbour, with sensational sun rises. Have the glass of wine ready for those romantic moon-lit evenings, with an active view which changes everyday. Watch the whales pass from the balcony in july to october

A perfect holiday destination for all ages; Walk to the beaches, marina, cafes, restaurants and the Harbour. Nothing is more then 5 mins away. Walk 200m to the protected Jetty beach for safe family swimming and boat ramp. Each side of the jetty is two great surfing beaches and two dog friendly off lead beaches. The award winning Pet Porpoise Pool and Sunday Markets are also just down the road, or take a stroll over Muttonbird Island Nature Reserve which can be seen from the balcony.

WIth many restaurants to choose from, you're only walking distance to fine dining and family meals or enjoy fresh seafood straight from the co-op

Fantastic getaway weekend

We stayed for my sons 30th and there were 10 of us ranging from 26-87 and we loved the location, the view is amazing and the accommodation is beautiful with everything you could want. The beds and pillows were so comfortable too! We also loved a little play on the piano downstairs! Thank you Sharyn for an amazing stay!

Central location and near to dog beaches

I enjoyed staying in a central location that was near to restaurants and facilities, while also being able to hear the waves breaking on the nearby beach. I especially enjoyed sitting out on the large balcony and ate all my meals there. The nearby Gallows and Boambee off-the-leash beaches provided a wonderful time for my little dog who loves chasing seagulls.
