Charming 3br home with hot tub - 2 miles from Notre Dame's campus!

Are you looking for a home that is located close to Notre Dame, but still in a quiet area? Look no further! This charming 1920's home is located 2 miles from Notre Dame's campus, blocks from the river and downtown South Bend. My home comes with a king size bed in the master bedroom and queen beds in the two guest bedrooms, a comfy couch, and two full baths. In the backyard take advantage of the hot tub, a gas grill and fire pit. You can also cozy up next to the remote control gas fireplace. I will offer early check in and late check out upon request. Don't miss out on this great home for your next Notre Dame game day weekend or South Bend getaway! Please note: this is my main residence that I love sharing but I do have two cats that live in the home in case of allergies - they will be moved prior to your stay.

Another great stay!

2nd yr in a row we have stayed here for a ND Football weekend. Great house - very clean and well kept. Owner is very responsive and accomodating. Very easy, short drive to campus. Can't recommend it enough.

Wonderful host, great location!

Betsy was very accommodating and we really appreciated her attention to detail to ensure we had a comfortable stay. We had some confusion with the TV but figured it out easily. The handle on the bathroom door kept falling off but everything else was wonderful! Thank you for opening up your home to us to enjoy our son's graduation from Notre Dame!

The house was great. Good location, clean easy to check in. The only thing missing was they had no coffee maker. They did have a French press but with 4 big coffee drinkers it wasn’t enough. We just picked up a coffee maker and all was good!

Homeowner is a great communicator right from the start. We had some challenges with dates and she was extremely flexible. When we got in, everything was just as she had indicated in the instructions. The home was very well kept, clean and cozy. We had a great experience all around!
