About this property

Breakaway holiday house

"Breakaway" is a fully furnished 3 bedroom modern beach house accommodating up to 8 people. Outside there is a large undercover deck for BBQ,Your own private playground including a 3 hole mini golf coarse in the backyard, long driveway to park your cars and boats.

Inside the home you will find newly furnished rooms including an open-plan living and dining area, large fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and laundry. It has a relaxing beach ambience and is packed with many extras.

The home is situated on a large block on a quiet street, fully secured with fences. Plenty of room to play outdoors games! It is an easy stroll to beautiful Half Moon Bay, park and local general store.

Particulars
Bond of $600 payment is to paid by direct deposit 5 days before check in and will be refunded within 1 to 3 days of check out. We also require a photo (front and back) of driver licence


Property is cleaned prior to arrival and we would like it left in the same condition on departure, otherwise a minimum $80 cleaning fee will be deducted from the bond.
If pets are found to be in side house $300 will be deducted from Bond for extra cleaning charges

Minimum night stays vary from 2-7 nights throughout the year.

o 3 nights on long weekends.
o 4 nights over Easter.
o 7 nights for summer holiday period (late Dec and Jan).
o Shorter bookings may be available on request.

Check out time 10am/ can be negotiated with owners.

Pillows, dooners, blankets, linen provided.

All basic pantry essentials provided including tea/coffee, cooking essentials (oils, salt, pepper, ). Dish washing facilities provided.

Please bring own beach towels.

Basic needs for group stay

A group of 8 adults booked this house for the long weekend to use as a base for a wedding that was happening in town. House was spotless upon arrival and was a good size for 8 adults. The house is in a great location, walking distance to the beach. The house is very basic and more than BYO linen is required. You also need tea towels, Bathmat and sundries. The room with the four bunkbeds gets very warm. There are ceiling fans in the two main bedrooms, but not in the bunk room, which is something to take into consideration for a Summer stay.

Thanks for taking the time to leave feedback. Unfortunately we can not put ceiling fans in the bunk room as this is a safety issue, when sitting upright or climbing into bed. A wall mounted unit we could look into. We have stated on the listing that you need to bring linens and towels but have tried to provide all other basics.

Fantastic... everything you need

This place had everything you need to enjoy a family holiday... its close to the beach... it had playground, bikes, toys, swings, boogie boards, play station, dart board, BBQ, outdoor seating and more.. the shower was the best. The only feedback I have is some of the bikes brakes are not working.. We will definitely come back.

Great place for a family

It was nice of the owner to give us a call to let us know that we can check In early and late check out. Had some confusion with opening the garage, rang the owner and was sorted out straight away. Great place for a family with lots of space to move around, plenty of space to park your boat and cars, the outdoor fire place was fantastic. A nice quiet part of town, we will definitely come back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week in the house. It was well equipped with everything that is needed for a holiday house. The only thing I personally think needs replacing is the dartboard and pool table cloth, they have seen better days.

Great beach house

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Indented Heads. Very clean and tidy home located just a short 10 minute stroll from the beach. Bikes are included and provided an even quicker way to get to the beach. Pet friendly. Would live to return one day soon.

Great family pad getaway. Have thought of everything, from washing down your boat to bikes for the kids to ride, pool table and Xbox for rainy days. Back deck sensational for evening meals, new barbeque, watch the kids play and just to relax. Highly recommend and will be back!

Great seaside house

We had a fabulous ten nights at Breakaway. It was perfect for our family of four. The house had everything we needed. The dart board and pool table were particularly popular with our boys, and the couch was the most comfortable couch on Earth. The house is walking distance to the General Store and beach, and we were able to ride to St Leonards and Portarlington. We had a great stay. Thanks Michael and Rose.
