The Space:

After a day on the slopes, the warmth of the gas fireplace or the steam rising from the hot tub offers a welcome contrast to the snowy forest outside. This townhouse creates an inviting retreat for quiet evenings, unhurried mornings, and easy access to Whistler’s winter rhythm.



Sleeping arrangements

Spread across two levels, the home sleeps up to six guests with three bedrooms and four beds. The primary bedroom features a king bed, a private balcony, and an ensuite with a bathtub, shower, and single vanity. A second bedroom offers a king split bed that can convert into two twins, giving you flexibility for different group setups. On the main level, a third bedroom includes a tri-bunk bed with a double below and a single above.



Living spaces

Winter days flow naturally into fireside evenings in the main living area, where a gas fireplace and TV create a comfortable place to gather after time on the mountain. A second sitting area overlooks the lounge and provides a quiet corner for reading or enjoying the snowy view. Large windows bring in soft daylight and glimpses of snow-dusted trees, shaping a calm alpine atmosphere throughout the home.



Kitchen and dining

The full kitchen offers what you need for home-cooked meals, from easy breakfasts before heading out to dinner after a day in the cold. A dining table seats six, giving you space for shared meals and simple evenings in.



Outdoor living

A private deck and hot tub offer a warm outdoor escape even in winter, surrounded by the quiet forest. Parking includes a covered carport for one small vehicle, with additional free street parking available. A private entrance and mudroom help keep gear organized and make coming and going straightforward.



Ski access

Seasonal ski access is available December-March via the Stoneridge complex trail, connecting to Merlin’s Run and the Blackcomb Gondola. You can also return near Woodrun Lodge, allowing you to move easily between the slopes and home as weather and snow conditions permit.

The townhouse includes bathroom essentials, a washer and dryer in unit, heating, portable fans, Wi-Fi, and a dedicated workspace. Home safety features such as a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, and fire extinguisher are provided. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and the basics you need to prepare meals.



Neighborhood

Located in the peaceful Benchlands area, the home places you close to forested trails and within reach of Whistler Village. The free Village Shuttle offers an easy way to reach restaurants, shops, and additional mountain lifts, while the nearby Valley Trail provides quiet winter walks through the trees.

Ski access is dependent on weather and snow conditions, and may vary each season. Typically, ski access is available from late December to late March. Our Guest Services team can confirm snow levels before your arrival upon request.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. Parking is available in a covered carport, suitable for one small vehicle. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

Stoneridge sits in Whistler’s Benchlands, a quiet, forested neighbourhood with sweeping mountain views. The complex offers a peaceful retreat while still providing convenient access to the free Village Shuttle, which stops nearby and connects you to Whistler Village, shops, restaurants, and gondolas. Skiers at an intermediate level can enjoy access to Lower Merlin’s Run, while everyone can take advantage of nearby Valley Trail paths for walking or cycling. It’s a serene base for a relaxed alpine getaway with easy connections to the village amenities.

• 20-minute walk to the Village Stroll

• 25-minute walk to Fresh Street grocery store

• 10-minute walk to Chateau Fairmont Golf Course

• 30-minute walk or 15-minute cycle to Lost Lake

• Exit the complex, turn left onto Spearhead Drive, and walk for one minute, the bus stop will be on the right going downhill

• No air conditioning. Fans are supplied for all bedrooms

• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home

• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am

• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs

• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
