We had a wonderful stay at this property. The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. Everything was well maintained, and it had all the amenities we needed for a relaxing trip. The location was great—convenient to local attractions, restaurants, and the beach/town area, while still feeling peaceful and private. The house was very spacious and the beds were comfortable. The kids had a great time playing in the back yard which was a welcome addition and kept their spirits high even though our reason for visiting was for a funeral. The location is close to shopping and restaurants and not too far from the strip. The host was very responsive to messages and checking/out was easy. We appreciated the garage parking and that we didn't have to do extra cleaning prior to checking out - We are tidy people but they assured us their cleaning crew would take care of everything after we left. We will definitely book this home again for future trips if the home is available.

Needs some refreshing

Mattresses, bedding and towels are very old and thin….should be replaced. Adding some real blankets wouldn’t hurt either. Top bunkbed mattresses very thin and really not comfortable. My biggest complaint is that the play area in the backyard is not safe for kids. Screws sticking up, boards loose and the entire structure rocks back and forth.

It was close to stores, $20-$25 uber ride to the strip. It was a great stay. Thank you. I highly recommend it.

Perfect for what we needed

Great property. My brothers, dad, and I came into town for a football and this was perfect for our needs. It was clean and spacious and had lots of good amenities. Would definitely stay again.

Great house!

This was a great home for our family to stay in! It had everything we needed. The location was perfect. We do more outdoor activities and it was not far from Red Rock Canyon and other outdoor places we visited. It was also about 15min from The Strip if that’s what you like.

Great stay for a business trip

I stayed in the home with a number of coworkers on a business trip. The property was clean and had everything we needed. Plenty of towels, kitchen supplies and room to spread out. We had a great stay.
