Check out our completely remodeled 3 bedroom/2 bath condo, with custom woodwork, tons of natural light and modern design perfect for families or couples! Multiple pools and just a block from the beach. On the main strip; 50+ restaurants, markets, bars and more offering local and fusion cuisine from around the world. Very safe offering the peace of mind needed to fully enjoy your trip.

Self-check in with building staff
Please, no smoking inside the condo and no pets inside the condo or on the premises. This is a family friendly community, so if interested in partying or bringing home "guests" this is not the right place for you. The condo association has a very strict policy about renters bringing home guests. If I am not informed of the total number of guests, then the security guards will not allow your guest(s) on the property.
Furthermore, they will only only 8 different people to enter the condo premises for the entire duration of your stay. For example, if there are 6 people in your party, then you will be allowed 2 guests.

Great Location!

Communication with the owner was excellent and very fast. The location is a couple of blocks from the beach and there is also a pool on-site that is great for all ages including children. It was great having a bakery and two grocery stores right outside the complex. Alex also accommodated our early check-in and we appreciated that, having travelled with three children.

Great location and super clean

This condo was awesome! Great location in walking distance to everywhere in Jaco. The condo was very clean and had the basics we needed. Great communication with the owner and A/C worked great in all rooms. I would recommend this place!

Place was very clean and spacious, great location!

Alex’s place was in a perfect location just a short walk to Jaco Beach and right on the strip. The condo was very beautiful and had a lot of room for us. Alex was an excellent host by giving us many recommendations and always being available to us when we needed anything! Had a great time and a great experience here.
